I was just in the store a few moments ago. The items I was purchasing came to a little more than $120. I asked the sales clerk if she can pack it in two different bags. Her response to me was we dont give away free bags. I responded saying I am purchasing these items for two different people and with there being several candles in the bag it will be kind of heavy to have them all in one bag could you please just put it in two. She said Im sorry its against policy I cant do that. I asked would it make a difference if I held up the really long line and just did two different transactions would I then be able to get a second bag. She smiled at me and said yes then I can give you two bags. I actually considered it but then I looked at the line and all the people standing in line and I thought I would be really irritated if I was behind me watching me bring up two different transactions just to get two bags. So I told the young lady since the convenience of two bags is against policy you can go ahead and cancel my transaction I no longer want the product thank you and have a great day. And the sales clerk gave me a great big smile and told me to have a great day too. Long story short I will never spend a dollar in a Bath & Body Works again.

Its a dead and dying mall. Its sad seeing it go from what it was in the early 2000s to what it is now; most of the stores have been walled off, and definitely doesnt have six anchors or 70 speciality stores anymore. The mall was renovated several years ago in hopes to get with the times, it was very outdated for a long time- pink and mint smattered everywhere reflecting when it was built. The fact it is attached to a ran down Walmart doesnt help, either. I took my 90 year old grandfather here who hadnt been since the early 2000s, because it used to be his favorite place and he was so sad upon entering to see almost an entire branch of the wall walled off, he cried. I truly wish this mall could return to its former glory, but its just very outdated and old. Its worth a twenty minute drive to Carolina place mall or South Park rather than going here to be offered a slim selection on low quality goods and clothing.

This cannot be described as a mall, but more like a strip of stores that happen to be occupying the same building. There are some stores you know, but the majority are private vendors. There is rarely a lot of people at this location, so no crowds. The food court...you might want to take your business elsewhere to the surrounding restaurants. Like the surrounding shops, the food is blah and something to stuff your face with if you happen to be nearby. This mall is more so for something quick to grab if youre in a rush to get back on the road for a trip, but isnt recommended for a window shopping or shopping spree event.

Over the years of going to this mall I have repeatedly had negative experiences here. Most notably were the encounters with security who want to flex their muscle and make you feel like you shouldnt be visiting the mall! My most recent encounter here was so bad, that both mall management and the security firm (Allied Universal) had to be involved to attempt to reign in the security guard who doesnt understand how customers come to the mall to shop and spend money, not be harassed while theyre visiting. Treating people with a little respect would go a long way!

Good anchor stores keep the rating out of the pits. One of the few remaining decent Sears stores left. Belk is one of the best weve experienced. Wal-Mart anchors one end with Home South and J C Penney in between. But dont expect much from the mall itself. Poor selection with limited food court selections. Plenty of stuff for children in the way of activities, but little to draw your shopping attention apart from the anchors. Prime example of how malls cant seem to make it even in a hot, growing community.

Overall the mall is about a 2 but the food court has Showmars and, more importantly, Las Poblanita. Food at Poblanita is SUPER good authentic mexican cuisine. Staff is friendly and prices are fantastic. $1.00 tacos on Tuesday if you purchase a drink. Beware the red sauce (not what comes on anything...the self-serve stuff). It is NOT for the weak of heart. Las Poblanita, alone, adds 2 *s to the overall rating of the mall...maybe 3.

Its okay nothing dramatic it normally would not be a mall I would want to go to as there is basically nothing there. It is attached to the Walmart that I go to so I decided to go in and get some Chinese. It does seem a bit run-down but its the local mall. There is some stores in there that I like to go to but for the most part if I go to a mall I will go to the bigger one in the next town over as it is a double decker Mall

I feel really bad for this mall. The stupid Carolina Place Mall overtook this perfectly fine mall. Sure, RHG should do a better job of getting more people in, but I think that they are doing the best they can to stay running! The Belk, JCPenney, and Revolutions are very nice, and the Sears is great for appliances & housewares. All in all, this mall needs more & Carolina Place needs to close or blow up.

Not a very good mall with not very good options. The major department stores are really the only thing at this place has going for it. There are some little boutique shops inside that are definitely worth visiting but besides that I really dont feel that its worth coming here to do all your shopping. Drive the extra 20 minutes and go to South Park Mall and you have a lot more options.

They try... If you must go to the mall and you dont want to drive to Pineville... Console yourself with the fact that we still have Bath & Body Works, Claires, Yankee Candle, Victorias Secret, G2K (for gamers), Revolutions (bowling/arcade/laser tag) and a cute little train for the kids. If youre new to this mall be aware that there is no entry to the Wal-Mart from inside the mall.

Its okay. Like most malls in the United States, a lot of the stores have left. However, the department stores still remain and are of decent quality. The only reason I go to this mall is because its close in proximity for a quick shop at stores like Belk and American Eagle. Otherwise, take the extra 20 minutes to SouthPark mall in Charlotte.

Dying mall, if it werent for Belks Id never go to the mall. Most chain stores have left the mall and whole parts of the mall there are no open stores left. The rest is maybe every other store is open and most of those are small independent stores selling cheap stuff. Most of food court is closed too.
