Its not the Volusia Mall that I dislike per se its Kay Jewelers store that is located right when you walk into the Volusia Mall that I have a problem with. The staff there are very unprofessional, have no idea what theyre doing and never take accountability for the things that they do wrong. I brought the piece of jewelry to be repaired to them that I bought from them and it took me three weeks to get it back the only how to turn around and send it back out because the jeweler had not repaired it correctly. So I went to pick it up again a week later, took it home and the piece of jewelry broke again that same day same problem same everything. Not to mention they made me pay for a part of the jewelry that had fallen out when I was still under the 6 month warranty that they claim on all of their jewelry. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning to that store. If I have any suggestions I would suggest if you want to purchase something from Kay Jewelers do it from the Palm Coast location. They actually know what theyre doing over there

What are these reviews? This mall has needed a complete rehab since the 90s, at the least. The German place is the only cool thing here. How many Dillards do we need? Three? What is this all about? So lets say youre shopping around picking out some swimwear, right, than you remember you need socks or something else however its not in the Dillards youre currently in. Ha! So what does one do? Oh, yes, travels now across the mall to another department store, yet it is the same department store, the same exact one you were just in? What? I cant even find the words to explain this frustration. Ill never understand this mall. Strange vibes in here too. I have no words for this place other than as usual it obviously has potential since its a mall sitting across from a world famous racetrack but its in Daytona hence, 3 Dillards!!!! No. Just no, Daytona. Come on. Someone fix this, please! Depressing Strange vibes Smells Strange vibes 3 Dillards? Strange vibes!

Id rather go to the flea market than here, at least the flea is entertaining. Ive been visiting this mall about once a year for at least 8 years now. The Gap was taken out ages ago, now the only worthwhile place would probably be hmm... None. I cant remember the last time I actually bought something here besides a drink. I used to enjoy perusing the body shop because they had some natural body products, they just closed, now au have no reason to go here. What grinds my gears is there are no local sellers selling handmade or at least American made goods. If youre passing this place and thinking about stopping, dont bother. Its all overpriced, outsourced crap.

Daytonas local mall that has survived many storms and city projects. It has been recently updated inside and the quality of the stores is improving as it now includes small start-up clothing businesses as well as the big name stores. BE WARNED: During race and even times, this lot is a pay to park. You can tell the attendants (not city or mall employees at all) you are going to shop, and they will get mean and pushy about you being there, but they have no legal grounds to keep you from parking. If you get towed, fight it. If youre a local, talk to your mayor, city council, etc. about keeping these lots free all year.

A nice place to come shop get away and exercise by walking around. I had an experience this morning that I wasnt pleased with at the perfume connection I wanted to buy multiple bottles of Royal Copenhagen cologne. The sales clerk was very rude she acted as if she didnt want to wait on me even though I had my debit card out and was ready to make my purchases. I informed her since you didnt seem to be interested in serving me that I could go to somewhere else and get what I wanted and I left. I would advise anyone coming into the mall to avoid the perfume connection.

I have a love-hate relationship with this mall. A special attachment from having grown up in this area. The mall is definitely small, especially when compared to malls of bigger surrounding cities. Shop selection changes frequently. Small businesses and even some chain stores going in and out a lot. Staples like hot topic and Spencers have been around forever as have Macys, sears, etc. The prices are average. Sometimes you can catch a good sale or two here and there. The food court is pretty good, love some of the Asian places in there. Overall, not a bad mall.

I am only giving this mall a five star because the employees are very nice, the mall is beautiful, and the stores are great. There is a lot of crime in this area, we need to clean up the streets around this mall. There were homeless beggars INSIDE the mall, something needs to be done to help them. Its not good for the businesses inside the mall either, and it scares the customers away. I ran into a homeless man that was extremely rude to me and others who couldnt give him money. He was acting very scary. Mall and parking lot needs more armed cops.

Why 5 Stars,? 1st the place is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. 2nd The hostess was quick to acknowledge us and find seating for us. 3rd Water was brought over quickly, and the waitress ask if she could get us something to drink. 4th, in a very short time she brought us our drinks, and asked if we all have decided what we wanted. She took our order. 5th our waitress during our meal asked several times if we needed any thing else and brought it over very quickly. The food was great, service was great, 5 stars

This is a wonderful Mall centrally located with everything around it that you could want. The Volusia Mall is right across the street from the Daytona Beach International Speedway Race Track. There are many restaurants in this area as well and a brand new movie theater close by. I also happen to live about a mile from the mall so it is in my shopping district and I go there often.

Retail is going downhill fast, but Volusia mall is fairing better than some malls, like Seminole Town Center. They still have major national chains compared to Seminole Town Center that has lost so many that are now filled by local vendors, which is a good and bad thing. Their food court is very small with only 6 or so options and its the only mall for 40 miles in any direction.

Good mall overall. Like the Homewood Suites and Cheddars as well as Olive Garden Restaurants nearby. The mall is older but offers a variety of stores. Features department stores like Burdines, Dillards, JC Penney and Sears plus over 100 specialty shops and services and food court. Operated by CBL & Associates - Clean and Safe Mall area.

Rip off thank god it was free parking not a care in the world. To go back. Dirty run down no good stores went in a few store of my liking and the people who worked there was talking to each other and did not care to talk to me or help me shop. The restrooms are nasty. I was walking in the main walk way and rude workers was rushing by.
