This mall is a joke. Even the reviews are too. For instance look at the one that gives 5 stars for the coach store. There is no coach store at this mall it is located at St. Augustine Premium Outlets. Fake Fake Fake just like this outlet mall. Yes, it might have a few stores inside the mall were there is air conditioning but there is only 3 locations that serve lunch type food and two of them are way over priced. Oh and fix the F N bathrooms in the food court. If you really are looking to shop, the St. Augustine Premium Outlets are the way to go. After pulling up on the internet and St Augustine Outlets and noticing that this mall looks as if they are trying to ride on the long time standing St Augustine Premium Outlets coat tails.

Im starting to think these large outlet malls are going by the wayside. There wernt many people there...even on a weekend. This outlet has all your usual suspects. I think most real shoppers go to patron a specific store. My wife saw the sign for the Kate Spade store sobwe swung in. The people there were very nice and the store was well stocked and neat. She ended spending several hundred dollars that visit but we didnt browse around the other stores at all so im not sure how the smaller oddball stire survive. The place was clean and maintained...not a lit of riff-raff which you sometimes get at places like this so overall...if you like shopping at outlets...this is a good stop.

Man muss folgendes wissen: die Mall besteht aus zwei Teilen, den gegenüberliegenden erreicht man nur mit dem Auto. Also bitte nicht wundern, wenn man einige Läden, die angeführt sind, nicht findet.Man sollte sich vor dem Einkaufen das Couponheft holen, Das gibt es im Empfangsbereich. Damit kann man einiges sparen.

This mall is always very quiet Im not sure how they stay in business because all of the stores are normally empty in the mall is lonely empty yet they been open for years so I dont understand but its very clean the bathroom for cleaning theres a small food court plenty of parking in near I-95 North and South its about 30 miles or less from Jacksonville and about seven or eight miles from downtown st. Augustine

They have great stores and my family always has a great time going here to shop. I would say that they need to get some better parking flow. The main road to get in is only a 2 lane road. One lane in and one lane out. So... if you are planning on getting in and out quick on a weekend.. forget about it! If they can get the traffic figured out I would increase my rating my a star.

Super Schnäppchen. Vor allem der Tommy Hilfiger & Tommy Bahama Store lohnen sich. Der sogenannte H&M outlet ust ein ganz normaler Store mit Angeboten. Lohnt sich nicht.

My entire family loves to spend time and shop here at St Augustine Outlets. Its always such an enjoyable time because all of the staff is so pleasant and helpful. The deals at St Augustine Outlets are AMAZING! I shop here first for all of our retail needs, from clothing to tools to pretzels and coffee in the food court. This is my one stop shop!

What a fabulous "extra" to St. Augustines things to do. We always end or begin our St. Aug getaways with a trip to the St. Augustine Outlets. High-brow stores at low prices -- who can beat that? I especially enjoy stopping by around the holidays; their staff is so friendly and helpful, why go anywhere else? Thanks for being awesome, St. Aug Outlets!

Wow! They really did a fantastic job in remodeling this outlet with new seating and cell phone charging stations, so much better than the open air outlets on the west side of 95 where you have zero public seating and have to go in an out of the cold weather (yes, we are at 45 degrees this evening for Christmas shopping). Very pleasant experience.

Wide selection of name brand stores. However, prices are not much better than typical department stores. You really have to hunt to find a bargain. You can usually find a deal in the clearance sections, but often the sizes available are for very, very thin people and/or very, very large people...in other words, clothes that not many people buy.

This mall is very run down. It has a less then appealing design to the layout. Every shop i went to failed to have any real discounts. It seems as if they raised the process at Kenneth Cole to be able to sell it at a normal price. If youre looking for deals go to Burlington coat factory, there the same Kenneth Cole jacket was half the price!

They have a Direct Tools Factory Outlet store. So if youre a guy like me who hates shopping for anything that doesnt have a power button but gets suckered into going along with the wife and kids this is the place you want to go. I can always find a new power tool that I can make up a good enough excuse to justify buying.

A really nice place to shop, not too large but still has quite a few stores and a solid variety of stores too (not just a bunch of clothes stores). Youll always find really great deals, and leave having paid much less for items then elsewhere. Also very clean, not crowded at all and has a pretty decent food court too!

G8 deals at most stores. The VIP coupon book was quite useful. If you like Saks Fifth Avenue like we do, itseems definitely worth the trip. One suggestion, eat before you go to either side of the mall i.e, Premium or outlet because the eateries arenthe good. However, you can enjoy deserts and snacks.

I was a little disappointed to be honest, there were very many stores here. There was a H&M (the prices didnt seem any cheaper than normal), a Hugo Boss, a Michael Kors (women only) and not much else. Stop by if you are in the area or nearby, but I dont think this mall warrants a special trip.

Typical outlet mall experience but beware this is not "premium outlets" brand. Anyway, we were able to score a few deals. Also keep in mind the food court have about 3 choices only so it just enough to keep you alive if you are willing to grab some crap food and continue on your "mission"

The mall seems to only be at about 65-70% capacity, store wise. But they do a good job of using those empty store fronts as displays for the stores that are open so it doesnt seem like a ghost town or ghetto. Plus, I like the stores that they do have there

A shopping mall that still has everything. The variety of specialty stores is wide with large, department store anchors. Over the weekend, there was enough bustle to feel lively without being crowded. A nice mall to get away from your online shopping!

These outlets has been improving since I last visited. They had many empty locations but I feel like new stores are opening up. Bath and body works always have a good sale going on and wider selection of items on the ones that are on sale.
