Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I called and placed an order for flowers for my grandfathers funeral. I ordered a deluxe set of flowers which they considered one of their "best sellers." And i spelled out each name to the lady to put on the card. She said everything would be taken care of and that was that. When I got to the funeral home for the viewing I couldnt find my flowers anywhere. I even asked the funeral director if they had come yet. Well come to find out, it was the complete wrong flowers, looked NOTHING like the picture either & in the wrong vase (which werent even nicely done) & the lady had spelt each of the names wrong on the card. So the next morning I called the florist and let them know what happened and they put me on the phone with the person who took my order. She was extremely rude and told me they had run out of blue vases so they put the flowers in a clear vase with a blue ribbon. There was NO ribbon tied around our flowers. And when I told her I ordered deluxe she told me I did not. And then I brought up the card with all the misspelled names and she asked me what I wanted her to do about the card. So I told her I wanted my money back because not only was the flower order wrong, but all the names were spelt wrong on the card. And im not someone to complain or ask for my money back hardly EVER. But because this was my grandfathers funeral, I felt it was a big deal. So she told me the only way I could get my money back was to bring the flowers to her. Which I thought was disrespectful for the fact that I was going to have to take my flowers from the funeral and bring them to her. But I did it anyways. And the funeral home had to bring the flowers to the cemetary site so they dumped all the water out of the vases so they wouldnt spill in the van. Well once they got to the cemetary some of the flowers in the bouqet had wilted. So my husband and I brought the flowers back to the florist after we were done at the cemetary and when i brought them back she was rude once again. She asked me why the water was not in the vase and I told her why and she said well I wish they wouldnt have dumped out the water so I could saved some of these flowers. Well I wish that you would have gotten my order right so I wouldnt have had to waste my time and my gas to bring you back the flowers to get my money back! And once she gave us our money back the lady even admitted that the design elements in the bouqet were not correct. And I came to find out it was the OWNER who took my order and was so rude over the phone! And our order wasnt the only order at our funeral that was messed up by the lake mary florist. Another woman called and complained because her order was wrong as well! Awful company, and i will never order flowers from them again!

HORRIBLE experience! Ordered flowers for a family member to be delivered next day. Got an email confirmation stating that they will be delivered next day. Called day of delivery around 5pm and spoke with owner. She was absolutely terrible to deal with. Insensitive, unprofessional and full of horrible excuses! Told me I was belligerent after I got upset about flowers not being delivered and would not understand as to why I was upset. This florist should not be in business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! ______ Not only did my order not go through but the owner had the audacity to give me a call Tuesday morning to make more excuses and tell me to take down my review about her store... I then returned her phone call and she hung up on me and would not pick up the phone after several calls back. Before hanging up, she mentioned that she would go online and write a review about my company (which isnt even open just yet) and stated that name giving me the proof that she did receive my order in her system! Otherwise...how would she know the name of my company? Good job Debbie...you are a real doll. Best of luck to you and your future.

Terrible! I ordered a wedding bouque for my daughters wedding. Sent pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. I was told when I spoke to the owner she would be arranging the bouque and knew what I wanted. She had the pic I sent her showing exactly what I wanted. The day I went to pick it up I was very disappointed and expressed my concern to her. I got an excuse that the other girl who arranged flowers made the bouque! So I was lied to!? What can you do when you pick up a bouque of flowers the day of a wedding and they are terrible? The flowers on the 2 corsages looked terrible too. Withered and brown around the flowers edges. Not fresh like flowers should look. Just poor quality! I took the wedding bouque and corsages however we ended up using some silk flowers we had and adding them to the real flowers to make the bouque of flowers look more alive and fuller. Like the picture I initially gave to the florist that my daughter wanted!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! I called to place an order. I was put on hold for a very long time. I hanged up and called back.. A lady answer the phone...Three of the items I wanted, they did not have it. I finally for one they did. I asked the flowers to be delivered by an specific since it was going to be delivered in a business. I called 15 minutes before 5pm because flowers were not delivered as of yet. All I got was an answer machine. I called back several times. Since the flowers were supposed to be deliver before 5pm. I called and left a message to get my money back since flowers were not deliver at the time I requested. Im hoping my money will be retunr to my card. This was a very bad experience. It couldve been avoided if they could say not same day deliver. The lady even called her daughter which is I guess the person who does the delivery. I even offer directions but she said she knows her way in Lake Mary. Bad service. Never again.

I should have come here and read the reviews before placing an online order. In my attempt to give business to a local "mom and pop" type shop, I chose this florist. When I called to see if my order had been delivered, a very rude woman answered the phone (annoyed that I was calling at 7 pm when they had closed at 5pm - then why answer the phone?? and I was calling that late because I thought there was still a chance my flowers would be delivered). Before I could barely give her the info about my order she said abruptly that they had been delivered and hung up. She knew before I can even utter the rest of the recipient name that they were delivered? And how about a "thank you for your patronage" or something pleasant instead of being so unprofessional when I just spent money at your shop today?? Never again
