Shelly saved me! I had planned to send my sister flowers for her birthday. As I got to work that day, I had unexpected issues arise and was finally able to call and order at 2:00 pm. However, I live in the Central Time Zone, so it was actually one hour PAST the time I could order same day delivery. Although I was late, Shelly offered to contact her driver to see if she would be able to return to the shop, pick up my order and deliver that afternoon. I am so grateful to Shelly and her driver for accommodating me. I am writing this directly after I got off the phone with her, so the flowers have not been delivered yet and I have no pictures to share, but I was so moved by her genuine caring and their awesome customer service, I had to tell everyone right this minute! :) UPDATE: FLowers were delivered within an hour of my order and they are stunning? I had asked Shelly for recommendations and her choice of rose did not disappoint! Thank you again Shelly!

I honestly cannot say enough to express how amazing it was working with Country Club Flower Shop! Shelly is such an amazing person and was great to work with. Our flowers came out beautiful and we received so many compliments from our friends and family that attended the wedding. During the planning, Shelly sat down with us and reviewed everything that we needed in great detail. She got all of our ideas down on paper with image examples to help give us an idea of what we could expect. The pricing is amazing as well; we were able to stay in budget but everything we received was breathtaking. The attention to detail and passion that Shelly has really shows, and she was always there to help us with any questions that we had come up along the way. She even took time away from set up to come talk to both of us and wish us luck on our special day. You will not be disappointed working with this team!

Received these for my birthday. What an absolute joke! How does that even compare to the picture? I could arrange flowers better than this and I suck at arranging flowers! How embarrassing for a flower shop to send out an arrangement that looks like this! So instead of enjoying my birthday flowers, Ive been stuck on hold with teleflora since the shop didnt care to help and return my call like they said they would. Now instead of leaving early from work I have to sit and wait for them to come pick up this god awful arrangement! Wow! I dont know who picked up these flowers, but they had a huge attitude and decided to give me the nastiest look because I was dissatisfied with what was provided. As I handed the flowers to her she laughed and I stated that it was embarrassing and then she slammed the front door of my office. So professional! I cant believe the scene she just made in my office!

On Thursdays I went in to order flowers to be delivered on Sunday for Valentines Day to my wife the very next day which was Friday they deliver the flowers and gave them to someone who lived across the street that I dont even know and then they called me at work and said they tried to deliver but no one was home so they gave them to a neighbor remind you I dont even know who they are totally ruined my valentines Day surprise for my wife is will never go there again

I dont ever leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves a good review. Not even a couple hours later from placing my order, my g.f called me and said she received her flowers and loved them! If youre looking for a floral company in this area go with Country Club Flower Shop. The lady that answered the phone was awesome at helping me out. Thanks Country Club!!

I ordered valentines flowers for my girlfriend over the phone. The person taking the order was very friendly and extremely helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful. My gf loved them! I will definitely use Country Club Flower Shop again. Update: Ive used them twice more since the first time. Each time the flowers were fantastic.

Called before closing at 4:30. Asked them to help send my girlfriend some flowers. Not only did they bypass their delivery schedule. They delivered the flowers AFTER store hours. Extremely helpful, and take their job seriously. Never have I seen such professionalism on a friday during closing hours. Will definitely be buying my wedding bouquets from them

This shop is phenomenal. Never does less than the highest quality of work. People that have complained about online orders and other things are simply unaware of how the flower industry works. After working with many florists I promise you this is one of the best you will ever encounter. Do not hesitate to come to them, you will not be let down.

Funerals are such tough times and the Girls at Country Club Flowers stopped what they were doing to console me and my family today the order was last minuet and the flowers were amazing I cant believe they were able to get everything done so quickly and so perfectly! Ordered flowers online for delivery. Never received an email receipt of purchase NOR confirmation that flowers were delivered. When I called the next day, spoke with Shelley who said she would send me both via email. NEVER DID. Too many other florist shops out there Id rather deal with then this shady bunch.
