Worst customer experience ever. Sent flowers to my daughter from her son for Valentines day. Wrong color tulips that were already bloomed out was sent. I choose the red and pink tulips. After calling the florist directly was told I would have to call FTD to complain, even though the flowers came from In Bloom. After asking for the phone # for FTD, the person said 1-800-FLOWERS. I questioned the girl saying I didnt order from them, that was a different company, she claimed it was not. I thought the company might have merged with FTD. After calling and speaking with a very nice person, she told me that was not FTD and gave me the correct number to call. The FTD line had a 30 minute wait time, that should have been an indication that there was a lot more people not happy. I resorted to sending an email. The arrangement was replaced with the correct colored tulips, that were not quite as open. However, the delivery person wanted the old arrangement back. My daughter told them that the arrangement was thrown out by her son because he was not happy that the flowers were wrong and dying. Since he is only 9 years old, he throw out the entire arrangement with the vase. Within 10 minutes of the delivery person leaving, my daughter received a call from the owner demanding the vase back. My daughter repeated the story and then was called a liar by the owner. The owner said she was coming back to my daughters house to collect the vase. The person was extremely rude and demanding. After my daughter told the woman that she would be trespassing if she came on her property, the person said they would charge the credit card $25 for replacing the vase. I have never had a florist ask for an arrangement that was sent wrong back. I sent another email to FTD about the incident and have not heard back from them. Today I check my email and the bill was $70+. When I ordered I copied and pasted the total charged and emailed to myself, the grand total only $57.49. After spending 45 minutes today talking with offshore and demanding a supervisor to again tell the story of my bill going up after the fact, sending them a copy of the receipt from the original purchase did they say they would credit my account back. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I will not ever order tulips that you can buy at Publix for $6.99 and a vase worth no more than $5.00 from FTD or In Bloom. I intend to continuing to pursue this matter with FTD until my daughter gets an apology for this horrible experience. @InBloomFlorist #inbloomflorist

So I have ordered flowers from many different places but never have I just called in and left that much trust into a company. I read reviews, look at pictures and visit the store. I ordered 12 roses with white lilies and white orchids ( my wife loves all three) when I was told the price I figured it wouldnt look that good and I explained I want it to be big and look nice the lady said it would. My wife called as soon as she got them and said WOW they are huge and they are soo beautiful. My anniversary was a success thanks to in bloom florist. I definitely need to visit the store to tell them how good of a job they did. After buying these I honestly will never buy from another florist after receiving this type of service.

Living in N. Florida, I googled florists in the Sanford / Lake Mary area. In Bloom was one of the florists listed and because of the good reviews I called them directly to order birthday flowers for my Aunt. Chandler was very helpful and patient with me, as I had several questions in 2-3 phone calls, trying to decide between arrangements. My Aunt received her flowers during the time agreed upon and her reaction was "the flowers are gorgeous". I was very thankful for the help and the quality from "In Bloom" Heathrow.

So as usual I walk in at the last minute and only know that its my wifes birthday and I need to get an arrangement delivered to her office in the next few hours. I rarely have an idea of what I want, but only know I have to do something. I give Carrie some of my minimalistic thoughts and she makes magic happen. The arrangement was beautiful and fitting as it matched my wifes birth flowers and made it to her office within hours of my request. In Bloom always makes me look good. Thanks guys. See you all soon.

I chose this flower shop at random because of their high reviews on google and I made a great choice. I called to order flowers for my sister a couple days before her birthday, I live in NY. I spoke with the nicest lady on the phone and she helped me pick something out and was even able to have it delivered before noon since I knew my sister was leaving work early that day. I will definitely order from here again, great customer service and they were exactly what I picked and full and beautiful as well!

I reached out to In Bloom to order a bouquet of flowers with a simple request- that they have a WOW factor instead of the usual "nice flowers". I also asked for a special delivery to a local restaurant so that they would be at our table at arrival for that "surprise moment". Telling you what- these folks delivered WOW and then some. That bouquet turned heads...and did what I wanted it to do. Saying I am happy, no, that my fine wife is happy, is an understatement. Well done, well done!

They offer everything a customer could want – reliable and personal service, beautiful custom design and flowers that last. When I order, I simply give a color and type of arrangement and let their creative floral designers put together something amazing. Great location and easy to find, parking is limited though when the plaza is busy. I went in with a engagement arrangement request right after Valentines Day so it couldnt have been more inconvenient for them and they handled it like a breeze. Very personable staff as well. Definitely dont hesitate to do business with them!

The flowers arrived on time to my office. However, it is very pricey for what I actually received which was a very small vase with a variety of flowers. It did look nice though so I have to give them that. Also, an $11 charge to drive flowers to my office which is essentially across the street is absolutely rediculous.

Each year I purchase flowers for my wife on our anniversary from In Bloom Florist. They never cease to amaze me. The arrangements are huge, beautiful, and so fresh! I love the customer service, listen to their recomendations, and reap the awards when I get home! I love this place and I am sure you will too!
