These people do not even deserve one star...... Rude and vulgar. Said they delivered flowers to my home. NO. FLOWERS THERE. No flowers were ever delivered. They called me to say they were at my home delivering. My daughter was home and imidiatley checked as soon as I called her when I hung up the phone with them. I called them when I got back to the house and they were yelling at me over the phone and basically calling me a liar Cursing and swearing and just plain out rude. Would not tell me the name of there company either. Come to find our they are an outsourced company from a company online from you flowers. They then put a message into them saying that someone from my home threatened to shoot the driver. Not true!!!! From you flowers called me and has corrected the problem and will not be using this company any longer .

I placed an order with this company for Valentines, and the order was not filled. The person that answered the phone took all my information to fill the order at 8:53 am. I just called the person the order was supposed to go to 4:00 pm which was my fiance and she mentioned nothing of the bouquet so I knew she didnt received them so I called Orchid and Flowers and the young lady said she wrote my card number wrong and she didnt have time to call me, and asked me if I wanted them delivered tomorrow. Heck no, who gets Valentines flowers the day after Valentines. Thanks a lot Orchids and Flowers, I never call you again, and I will do my best to make sure none of my friends do either.
