I am from out of state and needed to send my mom flowers and I wanted a semi-local florist. I ordered from Winter Springs Florist and will now use them EVERY time I need flowers sent. My mother - who is quite the flower expert ( she grows her own roses ) said her arrangement was the most beautiful she has ever received. THAT is truly a compliment coming from my mother. They were efficient, listened to what I was looking for, and actually did what I asked. It was delivered exactly when I was told it would be and I could not be more pleased. DO NOT hesitate to use this florist. You wont be disappointed.

I bought roses for my wife for our 27 year anniversary and I have to say I was a little concerned after reading the review from 12/12 by Buckeyeguy on how they would last. My roses were BEAUTIFUL and did last 8 days. I am not sure what happened with his, but my wife loved hers and they were very fresh. I dont personally know the owners but I can say after dealing with them on the phone that they are very nice and professional and cant imagine they wouldnt have replaced them or something. I will surely buy from them again. Happy New Year.

Amazing all around. I made a last minute change on their voice mail (they werent open yet) and got a quick phone call to confirm. Then, a phone call from the delivery driver to confirm my wife would be home. The customer service is top notch, A+ for sure. The roses/arrangement looks like something out of a magazine, it is absolutely stunning, my wife loves it, I was home when she got the delivery and her smile said it all. Dont hesitate to use this place, I know I will again. Great job, keep it up.

I have used Winter Springs florist for years to send flowers to my Mom. A very friendly first class shop, I just tell Melanie my budget and what the occasion is and she takes it from there and always makes and delivers a very special arrangement. Each time, Mom says they are the prettiest flowers she has ever received. They keep all info on file and it makes things very easy. Like all of her other customers, I also highly recommend! Impressive. I called these people from out of town for a specific item. They were temporarily out of the item BUT, without me asking, offered name and number of another reputible, local florist that would have what I needed. She was friendly and interested in helping even though it did not mean a sale. She mentioned they were family owned and operated. They lived up to the reviews I had read. I wish all florists were like this...

Katie( I believe was her name) did an exceptional job with a last minute arrangement. Not only did they fulfill my request, but they delivered it the same day! I bought flowers from this shop for the first time last week and I LOVED them. They lasted 10 days (much longer than any other florist I ever used) and they were beautifully arranged. Would highly recommend. I was a bit scared after seeing the review below but my roses in the arragement were stunning and lasted the entire 10 days.

Excellent Customer Service! This is my first time using Winter Springs florist. I placed my order and received a phone call with them recommending a nicer route for my bouquet. I can tell that they really appreciate their customers. I will most definitely use them again!

Flowers are always fresh. The desingers arrangements are beautiful and customer service goes over and beyond to fill your needs. Their service is all around great. I would recommend anyone in the area to use this Florist. You wont be disappointed.
