Michelle needs a serious attitude adjustment. She was yelling over me while saying I was screaming at her & rude & she was going to refuse delivery of an order I paid for that was supposed to be delivered Saturday and its now Monday. Ive had to call customer service twice to help resolve. All because the person I was sending to lives on a dirt road apparently. If I would have known a dirt road was going to cause a 3 day chaos, I never would have ordered. Especially because the person I ordered for was dealing with the loss of a spouse. Dont call their store and check on your order that they were supposed to deliver 2 days ago, because you will be told youre in the wrong. You will also be cut off and interrupted. Because they cant put their van down a dirt road and they wont deliver until the recepient calls them back. Not like someone who is dealing with a loss has anything better to do than babysit edible arrangement drivers. Also, was a tree down? Was it flooded? Is there a disclaimer when you order that says no dirt roads? They charge you $14 to deliver, but provide ZERO customer service. If I wanted to do it myself I wouldnt have ordered something to be delivered. And dont get me wrong I understand that things happen. And Im willing to work with people, so I gave the recepient phone number & asked if there was anyway I could get a percentage of my costs back due to the inconvenience. I was told no because they tried to deliver. I was also told I wasnt allowed to speak to a manager & that the owner would call me. I was threatened that she had witnesses saying I was being rude to her & that I was going to be denied delivery. I guess she took it personal because I called corporate and reported my frustration with her attitude and that I was offered no solution or discount. I should have called flying off the handle, screaming, and cursing for my delivery being 3 days late, my money gone, and not being notified until Sunday at 2pm that my delivery was unsuccessful. All I ask is for a, "sorry for the inconvenience, lets try to work this out." Instead I get a, "we arent delivering or dealing with your valid complaint, so you will receive your money in maybe 3 to 5 days." First and LAST time ordering from them. Im appalled and shocked of how little they care about their business by hiring people like Michelle. Ive worked in customer service for 15+ years & Ive never had an employee treat me like that. Its usually the customer treating the employee that way. There was no empathizing, no trying to correct the situation, no please, no thank you. And then I have the delivery driver texting my cell phone trying to validate herself, professional. And to top it off I was relistening to the voicemail, she doesnt state her name and come to think of it she doesnt when she answers the phone either... wonder why?

I live in New York and My mom lives in Florida, It was my first time ordering from edible arrangements and I would definitely do it again. I had an amazing experience, the staff there are amazing, very friendly, and clear with any concerns or questions I had. Thank you so much for making my Mothers Day gift for my mom so wonderful.

husband surprised me with a cut strawberry shape box with about 12 strawberry in side cost 35$ and the strawberry was mush not fresh at all .Dont buy here
