I purchased flowers for Mothers Day and although it was delivered on time that Saturday evening, half of the flowers arrived crushed. I assumed in error that they were not open on Sunday because it was Mothers Day. But I called early in the week and was told to bring in the flowers for a replacement. However, after being told that we only had 24 hours to make that exchange and could no longer do so, I called back. I feel that I was very courteous and not at all rude, but was met immediately with defensiveness and condescension. For example, I was told that I shouldnt have waited a week to call and shouldve called the night of delivery (even though this was my second time calling, the flowers were received well after their usual business hours, and the website explicitly states they are not open on Mothers Day). I was also told that I selected a "cheap" arrangement--why this judgment was made or how it could be relevant, I dont know. No apology was ever issued for the condition of the flowers or the inconvenience this caused. Even if the problem could not be resolved, I do expect a certain level of respect and an attempt at problem-solving when Im dissatisfied with a product. Clearly my business was not wanted and so I wont be back.

I came here to write a review (which I never do) because I was shocked after I told my friend about this florist and they looked them up. I told my friend to use them because I always receive the best arrangements from them but she was skeptical because of some of the reviews. I am truly shocked by those other reviews, I was always treated with respect and never had a problem with customer service, the workers were always courteous and were very pleasant people. The arrangements themselves were always beautiful. I do know some people who buy cheaper versions of arrangements and then complain because they didnt get what they think was right or enough but if you pay for a cheaper version obviously you will not get what is in the picture for an more expensive version of said arrangement. Bottom line is Im shocked by those other reviews, I have never had a problem with this flower shop. They have been around for many years and the only reason theyre still around is because of their amazing work and quality. Dont believe those bad reviews, take a chance on them and im sure youll love them like I do!

Horrible! I ordered a last minute funeral spray from this florist. The customer service was not pleasant and the arrangement was nothing i expsected. the flowers were old and didnt even last throughout the evening.i was so embarassed! I have never written a review until now.Do not use this florist.I should have known when the customer service was lousy, why would i think the work would be any better. Very Disapointed...

Ive received many arrangements from Simply Roses in Ormond Beach. I stop in the Deltona shop when Im in the area and love to see the beautiful flowers that are displayed in the cooler. Anyone looking to send flowers in the Deltona/Deland area would be pleased with the work from this shop. Glad that Simply Roses is expanding to bring gorgeous flowers to West Volusia
