I needed flowers for my wedding. So I call up Blossom Bokay and talk to the lady there. I tell her my budget and she said she can work with that and to come in. So I go and talk with her and we are going over the flowers and everything. She is really selling it telling me that she will throw in a vase and even save the rose petals for the flower girl baskets. So I felt like I was getting my moneys worth and I trusted that she would do what she said. Well I call her the day before the wedding (which I probably should of called sooner but I thought she would do her job) and ask if I can come and pick up the flowers. (They were suppose to be ready Wednesday and I was getting married Friday.) She said sure. So I get there and she hands me two bracelet flowers and I said I ordered 3 bouquets Im getting married tomorrow. She not only LOST my invoice and starfish (i dropped off to her) but FORGOT to order my flowers! Finally her husband finds a copy of the invoice and she looks at the price and questions me why is she only charging me that much and I told her that was my budget and shes like well what did you want with your flowers. I told her I dont do flowers. I dont remember all the things she said. So she said I will do this and you can come in the morning (my wedding day) and pick them up. I get home and she calls me like an hour later and says your flowers are ready. I get there and they are O.K. for being thrown together. I told her I didnt want any pink but of course its pink and white roses. Anyway, I ask her if I can have a vase. And she looks at me like Im stupid and says you already got your flowers discounted and now you want me to throw in a vase (she is saying this with attitude). And Im not a rude person but Im thinking lady did you not just FORGET my order. Not to mention its a dollar store vase! I reminded her that she did say she would but I will go get one myself. She actually turns around and says wait if you write me a review I will give you the vase. I said O.K. Here it is! So wedding day comes and I get the girls flower baskets and then I realize that she forgot that to so I went and bought a bouquet for $5. I could of done my flowers for $35 and they would of been prettier! Not to mention, my friend got married 1 week before me and she needed flowers asap so I recommended this florist (because she seemed like she would do right) and she messed up her flowers to!

I ordered an arrangement from this florist, am hugely upset with product. I told this woman I wanted something Christmas looking for a sympathy. I was told it would have red carnations in it and I asked for her to add three white lilies. It arrived with only 3 white illies. Also she argued with me saying that I was recorded and that I only asked for the lilies and no other cut flowers. She must have listened to the recording, called me back and wanted to go to the home of an elderly man who just lost his wife to add the flowers, I said "no" that she was no going into his home to fix it. She first asked that the arrangement be brought back to her and she would charge a $10 delivery fee to bring it back out when it was her mistake.I called back to request a refund and was hung up on. It was no larger than a salad plate for $75. Shameful. I was sent a photo of the arrangement by the family because they knew what I had spent on it and it was not close to a $75 product. I frequently order flowers for friends and family out of town and never have had an issue with other florists delivering a decent product. I was not offered a replacement delivered to the home without being charged, which would have been the right thing for her to do Additional post, this florist just called me and went out to the house of my elderly family member when I asked her not to bother him while he was napping.and called me a psychopath!!!! Good job woman, you are the person who again cant follow instructions with my order and my request to NOT go to his house. Whos the psycho here??? Did you really have to tell me not to order from you again. Ive never been talked to so rudely by anyone. Now you have your overpriced arrangement back so you can bilk someone else. If dont recommend this business to anyone

I went directly to the florist because I have heard and read how the national online florists take advantage of the local florists. Charging a lot but giving a reduced amount to the local florist who has to do all the work. So you dont always get what you see in the picture online. As I was going to get flowers for a friends funeral, I certainly didnt cherish the thought of being embarrassed with a shoddy arrangement. I was very pleased with the customer service. The lady in the store was friendly when I walked in. I explained to her that I needed flowers for a funeral but was unsure what to get exactly. She showed me some pictures so as to get an idea. I picked out a stand of flowers but she explained to me those flowers are not in bloom right now so probably would not be as showy. Then she allowed me to walk into the cooler to see the flowers she had and could use. She also suggested a nice white basket with a large hoop over top to make the arrangement more fuller and larger looking. When, I went to the funeral the next day, I saw the two baskets I had ordered and they looked fantastic.

My name is Marilyn, Inverness, FL. My niece from Debary, FL had surgery on 7/19/2016. I wanted to send her flowers to cheer her up. Did a Google search for florists near Debary, Fl as I like to always try to use local businesses. Something told me to choose Blossom Bokay..... called mid morning, spoke with Pat assuming that my last minute, rush delivery request would be denied. Much to my surprise Pat assured me that she would deliver the arrangement that afternoon. Not only were the flowers delivered exactly at the time I requested, they were beautiful! The arrangement was made exactly as I requested, better than I expected since it was last minute. Kudos to Pat at Blossom Bokay for delivering a Bokay of love to my neice! I will make sure to tell everyone I know to use Blosdom Bokay for all their floral needs. Sincere gratitude, Marilyn

This place was amazing. I made a late purchase from my phone on valentines day thinking it would be same day delivery. Noticed in my email that it wouldnt arrive till the next day. Called the store immediately praying that they might be able to get it delivered that day, having little hope, bc the drivers were all out making the last of their deliveries. Thank God for Pat. She was absolutely wonderful. She told me that she will do her best to get it out, after making sure she had the correct flowers in Stock, which they did. She even said that she would upgrade it if she didnt. The flowers were infront of my girl literally 2 hours later. Thank you so much Pat! Love this place for its amazing customer service and beautiful assortments. Highly recommend!!!
