The man who works there helped me with the flowers for my wedding. Initially he was extremely nice and helpful. After I signed the papers and paid in full he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. An unauthorized individual attempted to make a change to the arrangements that included an addition of a flower that I have always hated so of course I dont want it at my wedding. When I informed him that the item had to be removed and any other flower could be used in its place he stated that he would do what he wanted and that I would have to accept it. I had told him that I would pay for the difference but he refused and said he wouldnt change it. My fiance, now husband, had to call him and force him to remove the unwanted item. It was never what I had ordered. We provided mason jars of different sizes. The smaller flowers were placed in the bigger jars and the bigger flowers were placed in the smaller jar which looked ridiculous. People kept commenting on how the mason jars looked great but it would look nicer if the flowers were in the opposite jars, which is what I had asked him to do. Our jars were awesome so that compensated. My bouquet was completely destroyed. I requested a particular flower arrangement of all purple flowers but he talked me into a mix of purple and white flowers because he thought they would hold up better and he could guarantee that the flowers would come exactly as it was ordered. The white flowers turned brown and all the flowers wilted except the one flower from my original idea that we kept. If I hadnt listened to him or if he had just done what I asked for it wouldnt have fine. I would never recommend this place and I gave excellent reviews to every single other vendor at my wedding because everything was gorgeous except the flowers.

I had never been to the flower shop before I ordered my bouquet and boutonnieres for my wedding. I didnt even know where it was. But I called and told somebody what I wanted for my bouquet, and the flowers I wanted in it, payed for them, and showed up the day of my wedding to pick them up not really knowing what to expect.... Let me just say that I couldnt have imagined a more beautiful bouquet!! Honestly!! The ladies took my vision of what I wanted and made it BETTER! The size was perfect!!! Not small, but not too big. The flowers were exactly what I wanted, and then little red balls plant (I have no idea what it was) was stunning in the bouquet. I carried that thing around much longer than I needed to because I loved it so much! I never planned on drying out my bouquet and keeping it, I was going to throw it away. But now I just CANT part with it!! And having the little red balls with the red rose boutonnieres was an amazing idea!! The sizes were perfect for the groom and our 8 year old! They took my vision, and honestly made it more fall like and so much better!! I will recommend Flowerworks to anybody and everybody that will be around St. Augustine for an occasion. The ladies really helped make my day awesome with the amazing flowers, and I just really wanted to say thank you!!! :)

I am planning a small/intimate destination wedding on a budget and was shopping around St. Augustine for a florist for simple but beautiful flowers that would fit my budget. After emailing with the florists at Flower Works, they seemed to want to sell me flowers but were reluctant to meet with me in person. When I pushed for a meeting, they seemed to reluctantly accept. When I traveled across the state for the meeting, Becca, was incredibly rude and cold. It seemed she wasnt interested in spending time discussing the details of what she could do for me and almost seemed as if she was annoyed that I was there. I went to two more flower shops where I was treated with more interest, respect, and kindness. The florist I decided to use was able to give me options within my price range and didnt charge an arm and a leg for delivery and set up. I would NOT recommend Flower Works to any bride looking to be treated kindly and with respect.

If youre getting married in St. Augustine and want an affordable but wonderfully talented florist, look no further than Flower Works/ The Florium. I got married on Mothers Day ( which is a very busy day for florists), but this group was still able to bring my vision to life AND do it on a budget. My wedding coordinators said they were a breeze to work with and that they loved working with them. My wedding day was BEAUTIFUl because of them. All my communications with Flower Works were professional and polite (something I truly value). Lastly, on the day of my wedding, I mistakenly miscounted the amount of centerpieces I needed, and Flower Works did a quick one before the wedding, delivered it themselves, AND did it for free. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Flower Works. Please book with them. I promise you wont regret it.

My friends wife was having surgery at Flagler hospital. I call another florist "S," ten minutes before closing and I was placed on hold. Then, I was unexpectedly hung up on. I called right back and got the answering machine (surprise surprise). The next day I called Flower Works and spoke with David and explained my situation. He said the delivery driver had already left for the day and he could deliver the following day, I told him she would be discharged the next day, he said no problem and took it upon himself to ensure that the flowers were delivered. As a matter of fact, it was within 30 minutes of the order being place. David showed exceptional customer service and ensured my order was delivered. I would recommend Flower Works to anyone who needs a reliable and respectable florist.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered flowers for my mother in the hospital on 1/18/11. When I placed the order, I specified the style of arrangement and flowers I wanted in the arrangement. I was very disappointed with the arrangement as it was scrawny, and did not have all the flowers we discussed. When I called to complain the next day, all that was offered to remedy my disappointment was I could come by and pick up three stems of the flowers they omitted. I live and work 40 miles away, so that was not a viable solution. I paid $75 for this arrangement, including the delivery charge and she received an arrangement that wasnt worth more than $40. To top it off, they were dead by Saturday, four days later.

Gorgeous flowers for my April 2012 wedding! Flower Works rocks! I had numerous guests tell me the flowers were the most beautiful theyd ever seen. Natural, intersting arrangements totally complimented my outdoor, beach decor. I gave very little direction, and couldnt believe how absolutely perfect they were. And the flowers lasted! Local guests took some of the arrangements home and enjoyed them all week. My wedding was on a very windy day, outdoors, and all of the flowers stood the test beautifully. These are not cookie-cutter arrangements with filler and carnations... Flower Works uses some of the most different flowers for a really unique look. Highly recommend.
