It was a very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. It started off with a warm greeting from the florist. I shared with her that l wanted to purchase a dozen roses and we look at the roses that were in the freezer. I wanted the deep pink roses but there were not a dozen avaiable. So she explain if l came back after 2:00pm. a new order was coming in.She would put a dozen aside for me, however l had a mission in mind to deliver the roses to a friend who is very sick, so we went back into the freezer, l told her to get me the very best red roses she had. The roses were very beautiful and it made my friend who maybe in the last stages of her life communicate with a smile and to try to talk. Valentine Day my husband gave me a dozen roses from the Wishing Well Florist and they were breath taking. Thank You for the kind service, coming from another state you made me very happy to now have a connection when l want to send flowers.

If you are looking for professional, friendly one on one shopping experience, then The Wishing Well Florist is the place to go. Last July, I walked down the aisle holding the most beautiful bouquet a bride could ask for. I wanted lilac hydrangeas, calla lilies, white roses and a touch of green. The Wishing Well Florist went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was looking for; they turned my idea into a beautiful bouquet. Our bridesmaid’s bouquet had purple roses and small calla lilies. The guys’ boutonnieres matched the bridesmaid’s bouquets, and both mothers wore the most delicate and perfect corsages. We also purchased violet orchids for our center pieces; they were exactly the color we were looking for! They are reliable, responsible and always available to answer your questions. This past August, I also purchased blue hydrangeas for my sister’s baby shower. They were absolutely gorgeous! Thank you! :)

I live in Miami and my grandparents live in Kissimmee. I regularly get them flowers for birthdays,mothers day, holidays and special occasions. I had ordered from other florists but I wanted something special for them and local. I found them online and tried them out. My grandmothers flowers for her birthday were so special and she talked about them for weeks and weeks afterwards. She spoke about how long they lasted and how lovely they were. After that, I decided that I would continue to get flowers from them. Each time the flowers are carefully chosen - when I have a special request, the staff are so accommodating. Each bouquet is special every time. I really appreciate the time taken and effort to ensure my gift to my grandmother is a token of my love for her through their beautiful flowers. I will continue to order from them and want to THANK them for always making each delivery a special one!

Overall simple experience ordering Valentines Day roses for my wife. Robert Anthonys website was very simple and straightforward with their ordering process. I was able to chose a nice set of flowers and schedule it for pickup based on my own personal schedule. I chose to purchase flowers from Robert Anthonys website based on their reviews, price, and close proximity to my own work location to allow for easy pickup. After my order was complete, I was pleasantly surprised with their offer for free roses based on feedback. I was planning to write a review anyhow, this only reinforced the idea further. From this I am even happier that I chose this place of business. I havent been into their store as of yet, but Im looking forward to picking up my flowers for my wife. Based on all of this, I can see myself doing further business with Robert Anthony again in the future.

Being new to the area, I called two other florists before I called Wishing Well (one of which was two blocks away from the hospital and stated she was not sure if she could have flowers delivered within 4 hours!). I spoke with both a man and a woman on the phone and they were both very polite and accommodating. I ordered a custom bouquet of flowers to be delivered. The service was great, the delivery was very prompt and the flowers were beautiful. I have ordered flowers from other florists locally over the past few months and I was less than satisfied with all of them, Wishing Well blew these other florists away. You have a new customer, as well as the colleagues that work with my wife at the hospital. She stated that two other physicians already asked where the flowers came from. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be back.

If I want to make a good impression , I let Wishing Well Florist help me. I will probably never go anywhere else. Ive been getting flowers from Robert and his staff for a couple years. Why because they are professional. When I had a funeral they showed genuine sympathy. My wife loves the arrangements. They are always there for any occasion. When I went in the shop the second time they called me by name. And when I talk to the recipients of the flowers, they are not only surprised but love the arrangements. I dont even have to give details for what I need they know what the people need. And having florist is something that adds to the quality of life. They know what they are doing and have a true passion for their craft. So if you get flowers from me you better believe the card reads from Wishing Well Florist.

Great florist and the service is outstanding. I need it to find a quick florist to get a rose for a friend that was travelling from NY to visit me via Amtrak. I didnt know any florist around the area so I use my phone to locate one nearby via GPS. I quickly found one and rushed to get a rose. A young guy initials LJA was there tending to a client who was also getting a bunch of roses to give to his wife for their anniversary. He was very courteous and tended to both of us at the same time. I was just there getting a single rose. Their collection of roses were beautifully arranged and fresh. The client was very happy with his arrangement and so was I since he arranged my single rose as pretty as the person whom I was intending to give it to. I give it 5 stars.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. I ACTUALLY LIVE IN THE PBC AREA AND NEEDED A LOCAL KISSIMMEE FLORIST. I QUICKLY GOOGLED SEVERAL SHOPS BUT THEY WERENT VERY HELPFUL. I SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY ON THE PHONE AND SHE GUIDED ME TO THEIR WEBISTE AND ASKED " WHATS THE OCCASION?" LED ME STRAIGHT TO THE BEST SUGGESTIONS AND WAS NEVER PUSHY TO UPSALE ME WHEN ASKED TO STAY IN A PRICE RANGE. SHE ACTUALLY SUGGESTED THEIR SPRING FLOWERS. OMG THEY WERE SO BEAUTIFUL. OUR FAM FRIEND RCVD THEM EARLY AND POSTED PICS ON FB. SHE WAS SO PLEASED AND CALLED US CRYING STATING WE ORDERED HER FAV FLOWERS!! WHICH I WAS SO AWED BY!! OMG SO LUCKY SHE HELPED. THANK YOU GUYS. Absolutely grateful and AMAZED!! with the care, consideration and thoughtfulness of these florist. Im a truck driver so sometimes even the simple things can be a hassle, So I was a bit skeptical about ordering over the phone bad reception and all! but with Jacobs help he made it quick and easy!! and made my moms birthday one to remember!! I cant thank you all enough :) especially the delivery guy who went above and beyond and waited 20 minutes for my mom to get home it was very thoughtful and I am truly grateful for you taking that time out of your busy schedule to make her smile for me on her big day :) Thanks again Wishing Well you are highly recommended in my book and will definitely be the only florist I will call from now on! :)
