Delivered wrong item. I reordered from a different 3rd party marketer and ended up with the same dang florist (these guys). They got it right this time, but, delivered an item that looks like it sat in store for a few weeks then was "fixed up" and delivered right to my door! Ugh, I called. No one answered during normal business hours. Luckily I used those 3rd party marketers. That has made dealing with this much easier. 1800FLOWERS, WINTER PARK Please get it together! This is absolutely unacceptable. And I personally would like to think you all can do a much better job than was done here. Yours Truly LR

I needed a funeral wreath for an urn at memorial service. I saw an arrangement on 1-800-Flowers website. I need to pick up flowers personally. I found this location. I called to order flowers and explained I wanted a different color rose than was shown. It was no problem. The arrangement was ready on time and it was beautiful. The roses were perfect. I dont live in Orlando, but if I did I would use this florist again.

Terrible service! A day late they delivered two tiny roses in a cheap glass after charging me $115 for a giant bouquet (what I actually ordered). They had the delivery To name incorrect and somehow managed to mess up the included message card which I had typed on their website. Getting a refund for this botched order was also a hassle. I will never use them again in any city.

Ordered 3 funeral pieces, only I of 3 was actually nice. What an embarrassment at my fathers funeral! better off just using the web site and not the brick and mortar store, would have been cheaper. Poor quality material. I emailed my complaints and difficulties, today has been 10 days no response, bad customer service!

My building wouldnt let the delivery in because I wasnt home two days ago. Ive now tried to call 4 times to reschedule to make sure Im home this time and no one will answer. My husband even tried to call. Its frustrating that as a buisness they dont pick up the phone or communicate to customers.

Beautiful choice of flowers but a terribly young, unexperienced staff with no understanding of customer service and the importance of returning customers. Its a shame! It wasnt like this at their previous location.
