I won "Flowers Every Month For A Year" in a charity silent auction last August. I was to get an arrangement valued at $50 every month for a year, beginning in September. We began calling and emailing in mid-September, and it wasnt until mid-October when they finally got back to me--only after I threatened to report them on Social Media. They made some excuse about being out of the country, and actually offered to give an extra month because of the delay in response. I got one arrangement in late October. I tried again all through November, December, and January to get my monthly arrangement, but other than one time shortly before Thanksgiving to tell me she couldnt meet me on the day I wanted to pick up the arrangement, there has been absolutely no response to my emails and phone calls. I even went by the shop, wrote a note, and slipped it into the shop through the crack in the door where there was no chance of it blowing away. Bottom line, I got ripped off. I spent $600 to get a $50 arrangement every month for a year, and Ive gotten exactly one. It was beautiful, but it certainly wasnt worth $600! Its obvious that they have no intention of honoring their commitment--they shouldnt have offered the Silent Auction Prize if they had no intention of honoring it. The utter lack of communication has been pitiful, I dont understand how a company can stay in business if they are so poor with communication--unless its only because they dont want to fulfill their obligation to me. I can honestly say that I dont think Ive every encountered such poor customer service anywhere in my lifetime. I would avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be ripped off.

Communication is awful! Happy with the flowers but in hindsight the flowers were not worth all the effort. I ordered the flowers online for same day delivery (great! wonderful! Delivered in a timely manner). 3 days later I received a voice mail that my credit card information was incorrect. I returned her call (on the business phone) the next day and her voice mail box was full. I called back the day after, same thing. I attempted to send an email (got an email address from the website) and the email came back as undelivered. I have never worked so hard to pay someone in my life. Fast forward 2 weeks later and I finally got in touch to give her the correct number. I wish I hadnt! I have now been charged EVERYDAY since. For a $46 bouquet of flowers I have paid $138. AND guess what? Her voicemail box is still full and I cant get a hold of her . . . I will not be purchasing from this shop again.

Website was very helpful, ordered flowers, enter delivery info, enter credit card info and BAM..I received an email confirmation . That easy right? Yeah... If only the flowers were delivered! If you are looking for flowers to actually be delivered this is not your place. If you are looking for customer support for an explanation and/or a refund, this is not your place. I have emailed and called them and have not heard back. The voice mail I get is that they are "currently on the line assisting other customers". Such lucky customers.. they are getting all of the assistance (insert sarcasm here). On their website it says"Our superb quality of flowers, creative designs value and professional service has become our success"....I beg to differ.

This is the worst place to get flowers from. I ordered them to be delivered today 2 days ago for my wife at work for the morning so it would make her day great. Well, 3 oclock comes around qhen shes about to go home and still no delivery. I called them and they said they have problems with the person who delivers them. All of a sudden they say they can deliver them now at 3pm. It appears as though they lied and blamed the driver bc they are mismanaged or unorganized. Someone didnt give the flowers to the driver to deliver. Needless to say I canceled this order and still awaiting my refund which Im sure is going to be a hassle being how unorganized they are. For some reason people just cant do their jobs an when they dont they just blame someone else.

Excellent really isnt a good enough word to describe the service at Flowerama. A while ago I wanted to deliver flowers to a lovely woman I met online who unfortunately lived 500 miles away. But, since the flowers were to cheer her up from the cold she had caught, I also wanted to send her some special tea. I called Flowerama and not only did they deliver the flowers, but they bought and delivered the tea for me...at no extra charge! Today Ive been dating that lovely lady for 6 months and when Im not in Orlando, Ive used Flowerama every time Ive wanted to send my long distance love something special. My girlfriend LOVES the arrangements and hand written-cards, and I LOVE Flowerama :)

This must be an ongoing issue -- dont waste your money. $70 out of my bank account for flowers that were "delivered that day". There were no flowers. Repeated calls and emails and more emails for a call back. I received an email 4 days later simply stating they had been delivered to the hospital, which is within 2 miles of the store. They had not as the hospital logs all deliveries or even an attempt to deliver anything to a room. This company is very unprofessional and does not care enough to make a situation right, regardless of how much money theyve debited from your account. Do yourself a favor and Google another flower shop. Flowerama doesnt even deserve 1 star. Shame!

My mother order flowers for me from this location due to the fact she lives out state. She was billed twice for the same arrangement. Three emails, numerous phone calls (they NEVER answer their phone), and over a month later still no refund. NOTE: The one time we reached them and spoke with Joyce (may be wrong name) they promised to take care of the issue, that was over 45 days ago and we still have not been contacted about a refund on the double charge. I would recommend other florists in the area that are focused as much on customer service as they are the floral business...this is not the place.

We chose Flowerama for our wedding and could not have been happier !! We had several meetings at the florist and they also came to our venue for a final walkthrough to make sure every detail was covered. I didnt have to worry about a thing on my wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy the whole experience. When they walked in my bridal suite with my bouquet I cried ..it was absolutely gorgeous ! all of our flowers were over and beyond what I could have dreamed for my wedding day. Not only did we find an amazing florist we made a great friend along our journey. :)

We have used Flowerama for almost 6 years . Initially they were our wedding florist and they became our go to florist for birthdays special occasions and anniversaries ...weve started our family and now have a little one . My husband ordered and had gorgeous flowers sent to me at Winnie Palmer after our daughter was born...I feel like they are a part of our little family, they literally have been apart of every life event we have shared. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! THANKYOU Flowerama for being our family florist.
