Do Not Trust this florist! Did not deliver on my Moms 90th birthday! Cheap looking replica of what I paid $74.00 for! Delivered the day AFTER Moms 90th! Was to be centerpiece for her party! Left flowers on the porch! Did NOT even ring doorbell! Doorbell works great! Pitiful looking arrangement found sitting by the newspaper Monday a.m. E-mailed and complained and asked for refund. Not even the courtesy of a response, let alone refund! No apology, either! Elixir Florist Designs, (Deltona, FL) motto-- Take the $$ and laugh all the way to the bank! Sucker for the last time! FTD should be ashamed that they are associated with Elixir ! There was NO response from FTD, either! Hoping a lot of people see this!

worst service ever... worked here and they owe me over $500, i was a delivery driver for 2 weeks and wasted over $100 on gas, they never cared and they now forward my phone calls, do not respond to me, and the owner is extremely rude. do NOT buy flowers. trust me, they do not care about their customers. they are very cheap, usually dead by the time they are delivered... going to definitely sue them to get my money! i have a kid and i sure wont let over $500 go down the drain because of them. they even short my paycheck on my first one and i did not even get my full pay!!

this has to be the worse flower shop i have ever dealt with, got roses from them on sat and on sunday the rose padules fall off never open i have never seen a flower shop not care what you get dont get me wrong the flowers looked grate at first but never opened and i tryed to call them can not get in touch with them lol a very bad flower shop i will tweet it for the next year

I worked there for a week they wont pay me forward my calls to voice mail. Awe full company they send out dead flowers on a regular, these people have no compassion for clients or employees. If youre flowers are coming from the deltona store, they will be cheap dead flowers.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The lady who owns the place is extremely rude!!!! My experience was horrible and I didnt even end up using them. The flowers looked dead and after reading the other reviews im happy i decided to go else where.
