Bad experience.. Buying a Crib.. We bought a crib 2/23 and we were told that we need to wait 5 days for the delivery and that the company of the delivery will call us to coordinate the date and time. In the 3rd day since we didnt receive any call from the delivery company we call them and they told us they dont have any delivery for us, so we call back to this store and they told us that the crib was not available, that it was ordered and can take aprox 15 days. On March 3 we call again to verify status of the order and we were informed that the truck that was delivering the crib to the store was broke and that they didnt even know if the crib was there.. which for me is impossible to believe because I work in supply chain and have a warehouse in charge and theres no way you dont have manifest of the of the orders you have in a truck for delivery... yesterday 03/07/16 we was informed that Crib arrived and that the delivery company had it and will call us to coordinate the time for the delivery. In the late afternoon we received the call of the delivery company to confirm our address and they told us that they will pick up the crib in the store in the morning and then will deliver to us.... More Lies from the store personnel... today 3/8/16 we received call that the crib received was damage and they do not order a back up.. BAD INVENTORY MANAGMENT.. and they need to re order again and we need to wait 5 more day until they received the crib... This is unacceptable... the bad thing for us if we cancel the order and want the money back they will charge us 20% of the total order and the delivery charge $99 will not be reimburse. Hopefully in five day we will receive the call for delivery and waiting this time the crib do not come damage again.

I saw the motorola 3.5" camera wifi mbp843 connect -2 for $309.99 at the store on 1/30/2015 but never bought it. The next day I went back to buy it from the store at 1pm but one of the associates told me that the sale was over. I told her that on line I saw the same price just after 3am on 1/31/2016 and asked her if maybe her manager can help me. She took it personally and seem not to care that online the sale was still on. Once I spoke with her manager He told me the same thing. He tried to find a coupon to see if he could reduce the price but he found nothing. How is it possible then the online it says on 1/31/2016 that the camera still on sale at the store at 3am but 10 hours later on the same day its changed and the manager has no power to fix it? I was there the night before and when i saw the camera for sale it said nothing about when the sale was going to be over. This is bad customer service.

This store is fantastic!! Not only is this store clean and well put together but the staff is wonderful as well. One staff member, Joe, really stood out. He went above and beyond. My fiance and I came in with our 6m old looking for a Jumperoo and Joe saw us having trouble deciding. We asked if we could try one out and put our baby in one of them. Joe said "Absolutely, in fact we encourage it!" He was extremely helpful and energetic. He helped pull the floor models off the shelf and we really had an opportunity to test out the buttons, lights, and sounds. We ended up choosing the Fisher Price Laugh n Learn Puppys Activity Jumperoo. We got it home and set it up right away. Our daughter loves it. This store location will be our new home location from now on.

Very disappointed in the staff. We bought a product here that we never used (never even took it out of the box) and then decided to return it, keeping compliant with their return policies. They said that the it was in bad condition so they couldnt take it back which is so frustrating because it was in the exact condition that they sold it to us. So apparently the merchandise they sell here is in bad condition. The staff was not at all helpful, specifically Kandi who arbitrarily determine it was in bad condition. We will never trust to buy something from here again.

I should have read the reviews before going to this place! I started going when I was pregnant and it was the worst. This place is not prego or maternity friendly. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store for one service and the front of the store for another service despite your capabilities for walking. They are always understaffed and the staff they do have are usually difficult to find and the way they run the store is terrible. Expect to always spend too much time at this store during your visit.

Has a lot of things for babies, what can I say? I was really impressed with the stain remover prices. Pretty much anything you could ask for. Toys for kids, toys for babies. Cribs, changing tables. A decent array of useful baby and mother gadgets, but I did find a lot of those things cheaper on Amazon. Didnt check if they price matched.

We went for their 50% off Labor Day Sale and OMG we got so much stuff for so cheap and every single thing was fabulous! They also have a Huge selection for a woodland themed nursery which made me so happy because I had been searching everywhere for the things I only found in this store!

Excellent staff, very friendly. Asked to try a car seat in my car before buying it and was allowed to without any problems. (Really helps if you have a small to medium car, as those car seats are LARGE).
