Overall excellent customer service and great product selections. Went in to create a registry after feeling lost and overwhelmed trying to create one at Target. Babies R Us walked us through everything step by step - it was so refreshing! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Big shoutout to Sean in North Olmsted who really knows his stuff about car seats and strollers. He took his time to help us navigate and make the best decisions possible. Staff was available throughout the store. And if someone we asked didnt know an answer, they were quick to radio someone who could help us better.

Staff not willing to help. As a new mom I have made several trips and spent a great deal of money there, but any time I need to exchange or make sure I am buying the correct item the staff gives me a hard time. I have had a bad experience every time I go there. I only shop there because of the coupons and products. Toys r us is much better. They always help me!

This place is great. A HUGE selection of baby/toddler items. Its crazy how much they have. They are always having some kind of sale or promotion going on. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The employees are always helpful.

Messy and overpriced. Go only if you have coupons and look for the deal of the week otherwise go to target or walmart, as they have better prices.
