Would not recommend shopping here. No one seems to know where anything is at the store. Wasted almost one hour walking around looking for foam blocks. People didnt seem to care. Got the typical "its over there" answer multiple times. Finally found someone who cared enough to look up the item in the system but still couldnt find it. Save some time and order your stuff through Amazon. Will avoid this store as much as I can in the future.

Ive been there a couple of times looking for console games and i already have the same problem: its sometimes hard to get an employee who is opening the showcase for you. There should be more employees there!

Even with 2 customers in line (me being one) I am ALWAYS waiting at least 20 minutes just to check out. Thier system is slow, yes, but thier employees are even slower. Very frustrating going in there.

We done our family Christmas shopping for our children. Everybody was willing to help us and when we got to the front the lady that was helping us was unbelievably nice. Great experience

Checkout is always chaos. Never quick and pricing is never accurate which then puts you at the customer service counter which is even worse at being disorganized and chaotic.
