Excellent quality of furniture for different price ranges. Even though my budget expectations were not very realistic, Eli showed me what was available in my price range, as well as sales and special offers. I loved the Baby Dream Infinity 2000 series, and purchased the crib and double dresser in snow white a month after my first visit. We were told the furniture would be available for pick up two weeks later and that they would call us. They called a few days before that, it was easy to find the warehouse location for the pick-up and it only took a few minutes for my husband and father-in-law to set it all up. There were a couple of spots that required for the paint to be touched-up. I sent pictures to Baby Dream and they coordinated with the store to send us a pen for that exact paint color by mail. Excellent service! Both Eli and Danielle were just wonderful to deal with and we are so happy with our nursery :)

Purchased furniture 11 weeks ago and have not received anything to date. Each phone call gets a different response. They have not once contacted us to tell us what the problem is on the delivery. I paid in full but have not gotten a thing for my money. Was informed today after calling yet again that only 1 of the 4 pieces has been received in the store. This is furniture for a nursery with the baby due in 7 weeks. Mother- to- be is distraught due to her nursery not being complete. Will not ever purchase from this store again nor will I purchase the Babys Dream brand as they are the manufacturer.

Order a glider/recliner for our new addition. The sales person was quick to answer our questions. We specifically asked about shipping and was told it was "free shipping." It is free shipping to the warehouse, not to you. You must hire a third party delivery service for that. After spending $500 or more on a nice recliner you would think that would include shipping to me. The situation was handled horribly and they were sorry that I misunderstood not that they were unclear in explaining their policy and made me feel like I was getting free shipping to my home.

The ladies in the store are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. One time I asked if they had a water fountain and they offered complimentary bottled water. I paid my order in full and was called several time with updates. The guys at the warehouse are also friendly. they load everything for you and even offered help strap it down (with my own straps). One of the pieces was damaged when we pulled out of the box and they switched it out no questions asked.

Purchased a crib from clearance warehouse. Confusion about pickup prompted a call to the showroom and was treated very rudely by manager who picked up. A simple question netted a convoluted defense that did not help. When I tried to restate the problem I was, without warning, hung up on. Their furniture appears to be sound. Customer service at the showroom is very unprofessional. Warehouse guy was awesome.

We have had the worst experience with Baby Furniture Plus Kids in Greenville. We ordered our nursery furniture in September and today is December 23rd and we still do not have a crib. Each time we call, we get a different answer as to when our furniture will arrive. One of the associates is so rude and hateful. I would order furniture anywhere but here.

Horrible Experience !! Was lied to about our Crib being new! The sales person said it would take 6 weeks to come in then get a call a few days after purchase and they said we could pick up the floor model. They did not care about it and when requested a refund the salesmen said okay we dont care. Not surprised they are going out of business!!

Amazing selection. Baby furniture can be daunting and the staff here is incredible willing to help. Without them we wouldnt have been able to pick out anything just because of the sheer amount of options.
