Went for our first baby shopping experience today. Everything was going great until a manager with long red hair and a male store worker started arguing loudly about a display righy next to us. It made me extemely nervous because the male employee was clealry upset as their voices kept getting louder and louder. We quickly looked through the clothes and as we were leaving several employees were disgruntled at the front of the store plainly talking about how unhappy they were with the same manager. Ruined my first baby shopping experience and disappointing to see happen in a workplace environment. Will absolutley not be back. Very unprofessional and unsettling. Great memories to "remember". I tried calling to report the incident as it was an agressive argument that went on for over 5 minutes but automated phone call lead to dead ends and no real soultion service offered. Will be shopping online from now on.

would not recommend this store due to rude and unfriendly managers. They sure dont care about their customers. 5/27 Came in to buy item that is buy 1 get one 50% off. But store manager denied to take them because she stated, that would make the item free, you can do only one eigher buy 1 get one half off or my $17 coupon that was honored to me by the company. had to wait very long for the manager to come out

Definitely the best BabiesRUs we have shopped at. The customer service is always great. We had purchased 2 baby trend car seats and installed one before leaving the store. We found out quickly the product was terrible. After leaving the box there, we wasnt sure if we could exchange them. Jonathon let us exchange the car seats with no hassle. He and Megan were very helpful and nice.

Its the only place in town to buy most of these things, so it kind of wins by default, but I suppose they have most of the stuff you could want. You dont feel especially welcome as a father, since everything is labeled all about moms and mothers and theres basically no mention of the concept of fatherhood, but they still sell me things, so thats nice.

Amazing customer service! Had some issues with the stroller and the management of the store helped us 110%. Very pleased! Plus, the stuff is always nice and helpful.

This place did not sell babies. If the place is called babys r us then they should sell what there title says. Very disappointed
