We decided to come to this location rather then trek up 19 to Clearwater. I am glad we did. Our whole reason for coming to the store was to check out the pack n plays. We quickly found the one we wanted and I started "beating it up" to be sure it would be the best for our baby. Half way through trying to figure out how to unfold it (and failing), Frank came around the corner to save me from breaking the demo. He immediately said, "I dont recommend that brand." It was one of the more expensive brands, so I was immediately curious. When we asked Frank why, he began showing the stress fractures on the cheap plastic the manufacturer used and pointed out that all the cool accessories that grabbed my attention were really unnecessary. And, I would have to pack them all separately whenever we traveled, which would have been very inconvenient. I started drinking Franks Kool-Aid and asked him to show us what he would recommend. He took us over to the bassinets and we found the travel-size pack n play that turned out to be exactly what we wanted and needed. Franks honesty and desire to get his customers exactly what they need is refreshing. Great Job Frank!

The customer service at this location SUCKS!! Its worth the drive to another location. They are rude and un attentive!! Three sale ladies stood around gossiping as I stood at customer service desk for 14 min til one asked cam I help u. Then she rudely kept going walking away from me as I was speaking to her!! I said forget it I guess ur too busy and she smack talked back to me!! If I didnt have my baby in my arms she wouldve gotten a piece of my mind!! I will NEVER go back here

They are under-staff, and looked to be rushing to assist clients. I asked for help and they took 5 minutes before someone come back and help. I know it was a Saturday afternoon, but they should have increase the staff strength during peak hour. I saw one staff speaking loudly to a client, and asking for assistance seems to make one of the staff unhappy. However, it may not apply to everyone. Need some team work and improvement. My experience is OK only.

I would avoid this store, and Babies R Us in general unless you have no other choice. The hassle of ordering anything which is not already in hand is just not worth it. We have been trying to purchase furniture for our baby from this store for months. At this rate she will be in college before we see any of it. We may have to put her in a drawer. No wonder they are going bankrupt.

Our experience with Babies R Us was simply awful. They refused to match their online price in store, then refused to allow same day pickup without a second email... and then when my wife went to pick up the item (we had a baby registry in both names) they refused to let her pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous, we can not recommend Babies R Us to anyone after this run around.

i was so upset with this store. the staff are so incompetent and very unfriendly.eventhough the prices are too high in comparison to other stores, i still go there..however, this is the last time i will go to any babies r us stores...... they need to reorganized the staff and hired nice, friendly , helpful people especially now during the holidays.

I was interested in renting the symphony breast pump and after calling and being put on hold for 30 minutes I was told they had two available and to just come in with an Id and form of payment. So after driving over an hour to get there, we were told they dont carry pumps to rent. Complete waste of time. I will never be going therere again.

Customer service is bad!!! ...I bought something and I was going to wrap my present and the cashier told me they didnt have scissors to wrap my present !! Then I ask the manager and he let me borrow the scissors ...the cashier crystal was unfriendly, and she didnt want to give me a bag to pack the stuffs that I bought.

Customer service at this location is awful. The employees really seem to hate their jobs. Im a fan of Babies R Us and this is the only one in Tampa, but if there was another one close by Id go there.

This is a complete babies r us but not in the best neighborhood. It is right next to a northern tool. Great for the husbands to visit while you shop.
