K-mart in general is overpriced and sux but his store is exceptionally horrible, K-mart should have closed this store long ago. they have a store manager that berates and verbally abuses employees including minors everyday that she is working. the management is and has been horrible for years which is why every time you walk in the door you see new people working there. the store is always trashed and the shelves are always messy and out of order, items are constantly priced wrong if even priced at all. management is always rude and hateful if you have to deal with them. If you are a high up in the sears holding corp reading this review!! do yourself a huge favor and fire every manager this store has, they are an embarrassment to you, hire educated, intelligent people to replace these losers,, if the store is not in better shape by 2 months after then close it down for good!! I would rather Waynesville not even have a k-mart than to see it in the condition it is now being ran by a bunch of losers.

I am a "Shop Your Way" member and the store still refused a cash refund. Whats the point of being part of that program if you still have to keep your reciept? It was why I joined, so that they would track my purchase and reciept not needed. The stores in Franklin and Waynesville are always dirty, messy and understaffed. I will SHOP MY WAY someplace else Kmart. You will be out of business by summer.

My experience was not a good one there was one register open and one register that didnt work I am in my fifties I grew up shopping at Kmart love Kmarts clothes plus size selection wasnt very good stopped in Georgia selection was great there i sure hope improvements occur in customer service I would hate it if the Waynesville store closed

This Kmart was having a huge sale on everything in stock. We came out with some Christmas presents that we wouldve paid twice as much anywhere else! They offer awesome in-store deals & you can also earn points for extra savings later on! I love Kmart stores! I was a very HAPPY customer!

My favorite source for cheap golf balls and even other cheap golf stuff. Fishing section is horribly "empty" but theyre clearly trying to get rid of everything there. I still just love Kmart. Childhood addiction.

The isles are narrow making it difficult to manuever in a wheelchair. Prices are reasonable and many of the workers are friendly and helpful
