I was excited about this store, when I went to exchange my online purchases. When I got to the counter I told the guy that I wanted to exchange my purchases. He promptly added the money back to the card that wasnt in my possession. I told him that I wanted to exchange and he said that I could only get a gift card since my original purchase was online. I told him that that was what I wanted because I was going to give the money back to them anyway. He couldnt fix his mistake and when he called his manager, after taking my returned items, she told me that the only return that they offered was to the original form of payment. I had called the store the day before and confirmed that I could get an in- store credit, but what store would have that rule, anyway. Waited forever for the problem to be resolved. Was not happy with the service and wont be shopping at that location again.

As this is an overflow/clearance store the selection is at the mercy of last seasons wear that didnt sell. That being said, I found some amazing clothes for good prices. Thats not the selling point however. The selling point is they have an on-site tailor to make alterations to clothing you purchase to make you look amazing. Ive had one of the jackets I purchased tailored down to fit and it looks fantastic.

Very clean higher end shopping experience for a discount store. Normally there are good options for what you want not just the leftovers no one wants. I always find shoes i like there for sometimes a really good price! Practically always a long line on the weekends with all registers going.

Great selection in clothes and shoes but it would be nice if employees were not so rude and followed me around the whole time. I was planning to buy a suit there but decided otherwise because employees were racially profiling me. Its 2017. Time to grow up. I wont be shopping here anymore.

Good prices on many items that cost much more in the main stores. You need to go often because inventory changes frequently. But if you are lucky, you can get a very good, high quality, designer item at great price.

Store has some good clothes but the people that work there are so RUDE! Dont even feel like coming back because of the people that take care of me when I have to pay are real jerks!

Shop shop shop. I love the rack. The down town Chi town locale had a more diverse selection. However this store still delivers Champaign tastes on a high life budget

Good discounts on some items but you will have to look for them. Some items are not actual items from the Nordstrom stores that didnt sell.
