I was visiting Columbus because my husband was attending a medical meeting. I went with a friend and then returned another day when a third friend arrived. The shop is owned by Maran Ross - a very lovely woman who made us feel like old friends. The two other women in the shop were delightful too. We saw a variety of things in different price ranges. Before I left I purchased a coat which was sent to me in Miami. I wish this shop were close to home - I would be there often. Its relatively new so go and see what they have to offer. I loved it

I do not enjoy leaving a poor review, but I was looking forward to purchasing something at the trunk show held at the store tonight. However, I just could not receive assistance from anyone despite how long I lingered. I think the store has adorable merchandise and great collabs, but customer service is lacking.

Placed an order from here and it was INCORRECT when I received it. With all the boutiques out there that fulfill orders correctly, I have no reason whatsoever to shop here again.
