The dressing room personal Xavier was robotic and quite rude. He spoke to to me as if I were a toddler; I found it condescending and disrespectful. I advised him on my way out of the dressing room that he needed to adopt a better attitude. I spoke to the manager Lori who basically told me "He has a different kind of personality" as if that was some excuse. In the service industry the most essential part of the jobs function is to serve the public in a friendly, efficient and respectful manner, what a persons personality issues/quirks are or arent is irrelevant. As a manger you need to apologize for any /all rude interactions, not scrafice sales and service to make a point or excuse for rude staff members. I will continue to shop at DFWH but Ill never patronize this location again.

This place has great deals and a helpful staff. I bought two weeks worth of clothes at dfwh for the price of a few outfits at the mall. New clothes, not used. The store was overwhelming, but Xavier helped me find my way through the maze. I asked a ton of questions Xavier calmly and completely answered them all, paid attention to me and didnt act like he had more important things to do he even helped carry my stuff. Great store. Great staff.

The Discount Fashion Warehouse is a great place to go if you are looking for nice clothing at a reasonable price. They have unused clothing from Victoria Secret and Express. Very large section of womens clothing, little section for mens clothing. I can find a lot of great deals there, but a lot of the clothing have stains or tears. Watch for that if you shop here.

I love fashionable finds on a budget and this place has it all, shoes, bras, a huge dress selection, coats, pants, and tops! While visiting family in ohio I was able to find name brand clothes at a fraction of the cost. So glad my cousin introduced me to this store, I wish there was one in TN.

Unclean and could use some work to make the place look better. Also employees should be aware of what theyre saying around shoppers because it isnt pleasant to hear them talking about people coming into the place and pissing on and around clothing racks.

They have a great selection of name brand clothes, and overall the place is pretty organized. Staff is decently friendly. The changing rooms are gross though but its a discount warehouse what do you expect.

Fantastic prices for good clothes. Make sure you inspect everything you put on for rips/stains, some of the stuff is just overstock and in perfect condition but the price you pay is worth any issues.

Great buys! I have found several designer, Express, shoes and VS swimwear items cheap. Just make sure to check it for stains or holes. Usually cleanable or repairable.
