My brother went into Old Navy at Lennox because they had some good deals going on at the time. On checkout, the clerk talked him into getting an Old Navy credit card under the false pretense that he was just signing up for one of those member reward programs every store has. The moment he realized it was a credit card, he said he didnt want it but the clerk told him it was too late and that it had already gone through (they obviously do this a lot because he knew exactly what number to call and the procedures for doing so). I was in the next store over and he called me to come help him get out of the mess. I went in and spoke with a manager, who was incredibly disrespectful to a potential customer. She ignored the fact that her clerk had duped my brother into getting a credit card and even told us we were getting a great deal--3% rebate (on $12 worth of clothes=36 cents!!). She had no interest in resolving the issue and basically told us tough luck. Dont ever shop here, my brother walked in to get some clothes and walked out with $12 in merchandise and a credit history.

I was in this store for 30 minutes then the only person that did speak was the manager which she was a sweet heart. Then I notice they had this black girl watching me I told them not every black person you see steal. Now its time for me to take the shirts I got my grandson off line the guy at the check out didnt ask for an id told me I couldnt do an exchange I had to wait till the money was added back to my card, which I was told I paid with my debit card I could do an exchange or get my money back. I will never go there again This is the reason why I dont like going to that old navy because they make you feel you a thief and I work hard for everything I got....

I love this Old Navy store at the Lennox. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The store always looks like a cyclone went through it but Ive never had an issue w one if the assocs trying to help me find something. They typically go above and beyond and are very courteous. Great atmosphere. Its the store I usually shop at.

Went to buy new jeans for work. Walked past three employees who were laughing with each other and who completely ignored me. Their Jean wall was a disaster, such that it was impossible to find styles, colors or sizes. Nobody seemed worried. I have worked in retail, I know after Christmas is hard, but this was beyond the pale.

called there today to get info on sale tommorow, called around 2pm and was put on hold forever. so I call back and asked her about the sale and she said everything is 20% off, she didnt bother to tell me about the first 50 people at the door deal, thank goodness I already knew

Definitely more fashionable options for women and kids. Love their kids clothes, but menswear is WOOF. Theyll have you looking ready for easter dinner or chilling out on a dock with some bud lite. Mens activewear is ok.

Generally the staff is very nice but its very hard to find my size! I couldnt find any tank tops in size small in any colors but one. Also, Target has shorter in seams than old navy does which fit me better.

I love old navy, however I always have a hard time finding my size at this store. They rarely have many sizes over 10 in jeans at this location.
