Update: The store manager, Dan, apologized for the confusion and explained the situation. He honored the sign. I increase my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you Dan! Previous review: Until visiting this location I LOVED the DFWH stores. I wouldnt recommend visiting this store, the staff at the other locations around the city are much friendlier. Customer service practices are certainly going away. A group of friends and I decided to check out this location, because each store is different. My friend found a number of items that she wanted to purchase! We were super excited when we found a sign that said all grey tagged items were 80% off because 3 of her 7 items had a grey tag. We were shocked when we reached the register and they were not scanning correctly. The cashier was kind and said she would call the manager on duty, Trev. Trev, in a very unpleasant tone, informed us there was nothing he could do; even after seeing the incorrect sign. "The system wont allow us to do it". My friend asked him to call the store manager to see if he had better customer service skills. Trev went in a corner to talk to the manager, he came back to the register while he was saying unkind things... "Yeah, thats what I tried to tell them" "Um... theyre three express items... so, yeah..." "I dont even know where they found that sign". After his last statement I offered to show him the sign that was posted in the main isle across from the express shirts. He saw it and literally snatched it out of the display. After getting off of the phone he informed us "like he said" his hands were tied, but hed be willing to give us one of the items for 80% off... so I guess they are able to do it in the system, right? He gave a card to the DFWH Media Director and told us hed be the one to call if we wanted to make any additional complaints; the persons name on the card was no longer with the company but "someone will answer". He also offered to hold her items until we spoke to someone from corporate. There was a tagging issue at the Gahanna location a few months ago and they honored THEIR mistake and apologized for the confusion. Visit that location, if you want to deal with these stores at all. We felt like Trev was accusing us of putting up the misleading sign. I will never set foot in that location again... They just lost three heavily referring and spending customers over what would have been less than $30. My friends bought all of their non-grey items and we left... Its not about the money... Its about the experience... Dont expect good customer service from Trev.

Ive been to this location several times and have found nice things on multiple occasions but after what happened to me I will never be back. I came in with my son whos less than a year old and the guard told me that I could not bring in his diaper bag. He said that store policy states no bags or back packs of any kind, but they dont have any issues with purses. I told them that they could search my bag before and after we checked out if they were worried about theft. He said I had to either place it in my car or I could leave it behind the counter. Then he told me that I could not bring food or drink inside and told me I couldnt feed my son his bottle. It was company policy. Very irritated I left and said I would never be back after being treated that way. I will never be back!

I think this is the best DFW in Columbus. Everything was well organized and items on the hangers. It was clean, well lit and the girl at the register who helped me was quite pleasant. I will definitely be returning! I got 3 blouses and 3 pairs of pants for $58. Cant beat it for price, and the items are very chic and expensive looking. I can get Lane Bryant or Catherines style for less. Awesome!

For men: there are great deals on Express t-shirts, dress shirts, slacks, sport coats, ties and socks. It makes up a small portion of the store. For women: any clothing item youd want is available, as well as purses and shoes. All of the prices are great. Just watch to see if there are any occasional pen marks.

Love the offerings but its pretty bad when you ask to purchase something, like a scarf, and they tell you that they do not undress their mannequins and you cant buy the product they are displaying. WTH?

Perfect place to bring my wife for clothing. Where else can you get a new Lane Bryant bra for $10? They have jack for mens clothing in a 2X, but they are well stocked for womens clothing.
