I am handicap and my husband was helping me to try on clothes. He would go and get new ones for me if they didnt fit. I would like to state that the dressing rooms are called Fitting Rooms. On one of his return trips he was told by the customer service worker that he could not use the Fitting Rooms in this area. She explained there had been complaints. He explained to her the situation, and all she said was she would have to talk to the manager. I was very embarrassed and humiliated by the scene. I want to ask JCPENNY. Why are you treating handicap people in this way? Where are the handicap dressing rooms? Where is the customer service for ALL CUSTOMERS?

There are no shopping carts to use while youre shopping. (Apparently). We asked for one at Customer Service, and were told to, "Go to the other Customer Serv., located on the other side of the store, bc the assoc ws unsure if they had them. The lady in shoes stuck with us, the entire time we tried to shop. My daughter was there to pick out shoes for her birthday, and the asscociate bascially tried to pick them out for her. She would not leave us alone and let us shop. Highly annoying. They also do not hv umbrella bags, which is a major plus if you are shopping on a rainy day.

My husband and I were visiting this store a few weeks ago, and my husband was looking through some jeans to purchase. We saw a fitting room across the way (could not find one in the mens dept) and went over to it. The fitting room was in the lingere dept. The associate working in that dept got mad and told my husband he had to go to another fitting room! Now, I can kind of understand that it is the lingere dept, but at the same time, its still a fitting room! We couldnt find another fitting room, thats why we went to that one. She could have been a little nicer to us.

I bought 3 shirts, and the cashier ringed them all up. She only put 2 shirts in my bag, and I went 15 miles all the way back home to find out that she made me pay for 3 shirts and only gave me 2. I really liked that shirt and the slow cashier didnt give it to me. I checked it on my receipt too. I tried calling them but its been 29 minutes and they are still ringing. I also checked their hours and they are open. I dont know why they are not answering. Im rating 1 star for their poor service. I would rate 0 star but thats not one of the choices.

We had family photos taken at the photo studio here. We were called back to the studio right on time, no waiting around. The photographer was great with the kids and even discarded several photos that didnt come out well to take a few more than our package had allowed. The only complaint is we were told a print sheet in store would be cheaper than ordering online later, but online sheets were actually a couple of dollars cheaper.

Literally waited in line at jewelry counter for 15 minutes after I got up there was told you can not check this out here because it is not jewelry. However, that did not seem to make a difference to the other 3 costumers in front of me that checked out clothes too. I will never shop at JC Penny again.

Great merchandise; most items made in USA; great service from all their staff; they are a little short staffed but all very knowledgeable; lack of shopping carts only means we use their bag it does not mean we use them to baby sit children. We save waaaaay to much on superior clothing.

Dirty. Disgusting. Dilapidated. Wall paper ripped off walls of fitting room. Carpets and floors need cleaned. Cashiers are hard to find. Polaris mall has gone down hill anyway. But whoever is managing this JCP location has just given up trying.

They offer good deals frequently. But you need to wait in queue so long to pay. If you shop 30min, you might end up waiting 10-15min in queue. Slow service.
