They pretend to sell a perfume with a damage package. I told them about it but they seem careless at all. They asked me if i wanted the product with no discount and the same price in the tag. Obviously, thats make me more mad. Is not that i want the product cheaper is that they expect to sell the product even if is damage. So they got no respect for the company and even from the people that buy. This would not happen if they take care more about the product in the store. They had no organization and the products are mostly damage, everybody touch the makeup and brushes, products can be seen in the floor. And the word customer service doesnt exist for managers in this place, just employees. If I cant I would give you no star at all, this place doesnt deserve it.

Good deals. Kind and helpful staff. The only concern I have is because I found many broken items -----its ok to put in clearance a set if it miss a part that doesnt affect functionality, but if it is completely broken or unusable, they should throw it away- ---- By example, today I saw a nice pair of shoes (nine west) priced at $11 which was great but when I removed them from the aisle i clearly noticed that they were extremely worn and then fixed with sharpie, still has dirt on the unions like if someone bought them for a weekend and then returns them to the store and the crew put them at the sales floor again without any quality control.

Weve shopped at this location several times over the years. It is a typical Marshalls store, offering discounted prices on a variety of items. Unlike some Marshalls, this store has mens shoes in addition to womens. As a plus, theres a Home Goods shop right next door. We stop in whenever were in the area since the merchandise is constantly changing.

The Home Goods and Marshalls are two separate stores. It would be nice if you you pass easily between the two and check out only once. Both stores contain home items.

Great retail store. Nice prices and its pretty clean with nice staff. Lost a star because of their selection of ear buds! You guys need to get some jaybirds x2.
