I am writing to express my total disappointment in the customer service at the Shelby location, not only from your Point of Sale Service Rep (Denise M) but also the Manager. I purchased a pair of panty hose and my bill rang to 4.29. I gave the cashier 20.00 cash. She took the 20 and handed me back my change STATING 14.71 was my change. I didnt remove my hand from her eye sight and laid the money back on the counter saying she actually only gave my 4.71. She looked at the receipt which also stated that I paid with 20 and also stated 14.71 was to be returned. Denise then called a manager over to count the drawer and said "youll have to wait because now I am questioning it and Im not paying the 10 dollars!" The manager came over within 4-5 minutes and I waited while she counted the drawer. She didnt acknowledge me or acknowledge my time or inconvenience in standing there. She told Denise her drawer was over 10 dollars and walked away. Denise then reopened the drawer, handed me two 5 dollar bills, and walked away! No words, no thank you, NO APOLOGIES at all for the inconvenience, the rude behavior or for what I felt was an insinuation that I pocketed the 10 dollars. Both of your team members in this case certainly do not represent what you are claiming on your website: that you want every customer satisfied. My disappointment could have been prevented with a little courtesy and an apology but instead you let a customer walk out your door to post this incident on several social media sites! I certainly dont need to spend my money where it isnt appreciated. WILL. NOT. BE. BACK.

Unfortunately this Marshalls removed most of their mens department, the mens section is now small and features only dismal items. (They used to have a very large section for Mens). The womens section still has a large selection of clothes and shoes.

I love Marshalls. They have some good stuff here, whether it be clothing or home goods, I always find something to buy. They have designer brands like Nike, CK, Polo, DKNY, etc., for very reasonable prices.

Gets pretty busy and even though there may only be 1 or 2 registers closed, the checkout line still takes about a half hour at times. However, the bright side is the staff is more then nice and helpful!

When ever Im in the area I love shopping at this particular Marshals store they have an amazing selection and show case merchandise well. I buy something I didnt know I needed every time I visit.
