Wow. So today I was just escorted out of this store by 2 Delaware County Sheriffs for "causing a ruckus" while I was shopping around for a good 20 minutes looking for sweet clearance deals. So while I am starting to cry I answer all of their questions and ask them "did someone point me out specifically?" and they say "Yes and you have to leave right now and they dont want you in their store anymore." I ask them if I can at least pay for my clothes and they tell me NO. The managers asked for them to remove me. Strange, I hadnt made a peep there except to give the girl at the counter a handful of clothes so I could free up my arms to grab some more clothes. So Im trying to figure out what I did wrong. I walk to the counter to hand the clothes to the cashier so I can leave and ask her "why were the cops called on me?" She says she has no idea. So I begin to sob uncontrollably I ask "Can I really not pay for my clothes?" I really just wanted the clothes I had spent the past 20 minutes picking out. I came to here because Im feeling insecure about my belly and wanted some large comfy shirts. She says of course I can pay for my clothes. She rings me out and, still crying, I ask her if she knows anything about whats going on and she doesnt. So I pay for my items and am escorted outside. Obviously everyone is staring at me, Im walking outside with my face drenched in tears while 2 cruisers are out front and 2 cops behind me. People thinking God knows what. The most humiliating experience of my entire life. So after I leave I call the store and ask to speak to management. While Im still wailing, I tell her I have been shopping at this place since I was a teen and I have spent thousands of dollars here in the course of my life.Im 24 weeks pregnant and I came here to just do something very calming and relaxing because today has been a hard day for me emotionally. So I ask her Why?? She tells me she wasnt available because she was on the phone with the Sheriffs Office to ask them what that SCENE was she just witnessed, She only asked them to do a walk through and keep up a presence because there have been a lot of thefts lately and they have been finding a lot of sensors laying around. I ask her why the police told me that she specifically wanted ME out and not to come back?! She said she had no idea. She was walking with them when they approached me and was confused when they decided to confront me so she walked away out of embarrassment. She tells me nobody pointed me out. Nobody asked them to tell me not to come back and she mentioned nothing about a group of people causing a ruckus! So here I am, crying uncontrollably because it scared me and embarrassed the crap out of me. And this girl apparently has NO idea why it happened. She seemed just as confused and ticked off so she got my name and number and told me to expect a call from the district manager to make this right. What a terrible experience. So I felt for a moment that this was just our authorities throwing their weight around unnecessarily. I am not the type to be completely made a fool of for no reason so I used the Delaware Sheriffs Facebook to voice my displeasure in this situation. They informed me that the manager DID point me out. That they received a complaint from this manager about a group of "loud and rude" customers who had left but apparently 1 female was still there and I must have been her!! Both stories contradict each other and havent done anything except ruin my day and ruin my day. I love this store. LOVE. I have made friends with past managers, I have spent LONG amounts of time chatting up employees about how much I enjoy this store. This has just been the absolute worst experience of my life. I find it hard to believe that if I was being such a nuisance that the manager would take time in empathizing with me and apologizing to me. Somebody messed up. I look forward to hearing from the district manager if the manager on duty was being honest, afterall.

They absolutely have good clothing and its in good condition! I would totally recommend coming here for school clothes shopping or just shopping for fun its absolutely awesome and amazing its definitely one of my favorite stores to go to! :)

Love it!! They have great clothes at a great price. I dont get my jeans anywhere else and I dont pay more than 10 dollars.
