Although the clothes are well and put together. This store has a few stuck up employees with it. I cant walk into the store without being pestered and bothered by a specific associate. Being friendly and helpful is always nice, I know, I work retail. But as I tried on a few jeans, I still couldnt decide between Aeropostale and another store. The associate kept asking me why I wouldnt purchase the jeans now instead waiting. I told him and I would be back and before I could finish the sentence he replies with "oh I see youre gonna just wait till pay day comes.." ...First of all, I said nothing about not having enough money to purchase the clothes, I just couldnt make up my mind if I wanted to purchase the pants there or somewhere else. Second, you never say something like to a customer in front of everyone. Loyal Customers like us, are the reason why they have the job to keep THEIR paycheck going. With out us customers, they wouldnt be there. With that rude embarrassing comment, it made me realize quick that I wont be visiting that store again if hes only the floor.

This place is one of my favorite stores, I love the clothing, and the cashiers / helpers are doing a good job. I just stopped by to say that we had bought a shirt a couple days ago, and we had forgotten the receipt, so when we came in the next day, a lady was very helpful and very nice about it. It makes you wanna come back(;

I was with my daughter yesterday to buy jeans for back to school. While the stuff is nice enough its packed tight in this store.. You can hardly move around in here. Thats why I gave a 3/5. Need to go back in not during BTS and see whats what.

They always have cute clothes for great prices! Yoga pants are always cheap! They also stay up to date with the latest fashions!!!
