Frustrated manager on duty, didnt wanted to exchange sweater that shrink from L to S. The item that I was exchanging , was purchased previous day and wasnt worn at all, just washed, which I do all the time with new close . I dont want to wear something that hasnt been washed. Suddenly,what should be a normal seller - costumer conversation , turn into a Guantanamo Bey interrogation, with a treat spoken loudly, that this exchange is exception and it wont happen again. Sure it wont, because Im never ever gone anything from that store.

As a frequent shopper of this chain, I went into the store with high hopes, only to have a salesperson be extremely rude to me, scolding me for handling the perfumes, without looking me in the eye or allowing me to respond to her absurd accusations. Im certainly never going to this store ever again.

I frequently visit all the Marshalls/Home Goods/TJ Maxx locations all over Columbus and this location always has the nicest inventory for womens apparel. Other locations are better for kitchen items, shoes, kids, beauty products but this one hands down has the nicest clothes.

We could not find the purse multiple daughter had looked at a few days earlier. The manager called other stores but also had another person go back and look for it and they found it. Thanks. My daughter loves it.

Good place to find some hidden deals - just be sure to be prepared to hunt! I like to equate it to an Easter egg hunt.. may take awhile to find something good, but when you do - its worth it!
