I went to take a gift back that someone bought me because I could not fit it one of the items was a final sale item I did not purchase it so I didnt know I cannot fix it they would not take it back even though I told them it was a gift I felt like that was very unprofessional because it was a gift I didnt buy it so I dont know its final sale in the pants I tried to take back they wouldnt take it back because it was not on my debit card and I told him it was a gift they said I needed the card that was paid with you dont want to tell someone they bought you a gift that you dont like it or taking it back you dont want to make them feel bad so I was trying to do it discreet but they were giving me a hard time the manager was just rude and ghetto she was a black chick and I just thought that she was just so rude seeing that they give black people already hard times and then I asked to speak to a manager higher up than her and the manager wouldnt come because she was on her break if it was me I wouldve came over and took care of the customer to make the customer happy so I will not shop at Eastons forever 21 is just not good business

Was in this store last weekend with my girlfriend..first time and will be the last.. the store was trashed piles of clothes all over the floor throughout the entire store along. There were about 40 pairs of sunglasses laying on the floor..watched a customer step on about 5 pairs.. just cluttering with trash..beyond unorganized..watched store staff just walk right past it and even walk over it without a care..dont know how a store manager allows this..I was really surprised to see a store in this kind of condition..trash

I have shopped here for years but the last 2 times I was the first customer in the door on a sat morning and once on a Sunday morning both times as I entered the store clothes and shoes were all over the floor and thrown everywhere the employees are all rude and lazy clearly to open a store looking that way was ridiculous... I will only be going to the one at Polaris where they actually care about what there store looks like....if ur store looks trashy u attract trash hinse store shootings now happening at Easton

Forever 21 is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE clothing store & this location is my favorite also. I literally buy all my clothes there. I love fashion & everything that it entails. Clothes & accessories are my "happy place" lol...I eat, sleep, & breathe fashion. Its literally my true passion. I get compliments on my clothes all the time, & when ppl ask me where I shop, Im always happy to say "forever 21!!"

Everything was okay until the cashier tried to get me to sign up for what she called a "reward card", which was in fact a Forever21 credit card. I do not know if she disguised it intentionally to me (and I did state that I did not want a credit card), but she kept insisting that it was one. If this was an honest mistake, the staff needs to be well informed or stop lying to customers.

I love shopping at forever 21 but this location made me never wanting to shop at forever 21 ever again. Dionna is so rude. Im Muslim doesnt mean I care about your sexuality. The minute he saw the scarf on my head this guys mood changed. Also he needs to know not all Muslim care about sexuality and needs to start treating customers right.

As much as I love Forever 21, I hate going to this store. It is by far the most unorganized one I have ever been it. If you want to actually find what youre looking for, go to the Forever 21 in Polaris. It not only has two floors, but it is organized.
