Just had the worst customer service experience of my life with a manager named Sean. He was very rude and threatening And had a bully- like manner. Checkout took forever in addition. Now that I read other reviews, obviously I am not the only one who went through this saddening experience with the manager of this specific store. As a new mother, this is the last thing one should experience in babiesrus. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I am working on getting this man fired.

I continuously have bad experiences with this location and the management staff. The employees and management arent on the same page with return or registry policies. Everyone seems to have an attitude and it is a lengthy process to get anything done, even if just checking out.

My girlfriend and I bought our son his first real bed. Kyle the employee helped us out a great deal and explained which bed would be perfect for him. Also combining coupons and matching price on the internet we got a really good deal. We love Babies R Us!! Thanks

I believe its The store and assistant manager who are ALWAYS so rude and talk to me like Im in idiot everytime. I use to go in al the time when my daughter was a new born but I cant stand to go in anymore.

This place is always clean and doesnt feel overwhelming. The employees are quick to welcome you and offer assistance if need be. Creating a baby registry is easy and rather fun.
