I love this place and have always found what I needed here but I have driven there 3 times now in the past month during the business hours that were posted and no one has been there. (Its a 20 minute drive for me). The first time this happeneded I went on facebook and messaged the owner about the hours and she apologized and told me they would be open that following Saturday. I drove out there the following Saturday and again no one was there. I messaged her again in facebook and she apologized again and said she would send me what I needed at no cost...she never got back to me. I messaged her again and she asked for my address to send me what I had originally wanted to go in and pick up and I have not received my items yet. I drove out there last Saturday during the opening hours posted and again no one was there. I tried getting on Facebook messanger again and it looks like she disabled the messanger part so there is no way I can communicate with her. I am very upset with the amount of times I drove out there and her saying she was going to send my items and has ignored me. I am not pleased with the customer service.

I love Sugar Water Boutique!! They have everything I need for my baby and even a few things for myself! Every time I have a question or need advice the owner is able to amply help me. This is such a cute place and a fantastic atmosphere. I dont feel pressured to buy when I am in there and feel at ease to shop at my leisure. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future and getting gifts for my friends as well!
