This is the worst Babies R Us ever. Every time I come here I experience terrible customer service including rude managers, long lines, and associates who dont know what is going on (example: specific body wash that should be buy two get one free Mustela and I asked an associate because the sign was in front of the wrong brand and the guy said "I dont know" so I took it up front to confirm that it was indeed on sale. Also there were toys that were buy one get one 50% off and the fine print said infant toys only but when the toy was rung up, a non infant toy was on sale so I had to get out of line and look for another toy. I could go on for days. Maybe I expect higher but now I go a few miles up the road to Buy Buy Baby and always have a terrific experience there!!! And they have better coupons. I also have Amazon Prime so I will no longer be coming to this store.

I went to the Altamonte Springs Babies R Us to pick up my registry gift bag. Dont bother making a registry or purchases from it. My bag only had ads and two samples in it. Apparently the bags vary by store according to a Babies R Us online help and this store seems to be hoarding the items that are normally given out. I watched youtube unboxing videos from 2 weeks ago and clearly the one I received had less than 20% of the items that normally come in a gift bag. The registry associate asked me many times to go around the store to scan more items, but I declined because I already spent hours making mine online. Plus I am due in 2 weeks and most of what I already needed was already purchased off Babies R Us registry. A complete disappointment. I suggest Target or Amazon registries. They give a 15% completion discount and much better registry gift bags.

Not a place to take your baby. I was there yesterday and unfortunately had to feed my three month old daughter at the Mothers Room. The couch had a strong urine smell, the rocker had a yellow greenish like stain...... stool, and there was hand prints on the walls. The bathroom was the same, a terrible experience. For a BABY store that is expensive to begin with. It should be better sanitized! Hope after this note they do something about it. Renata

I was just there to buy my baby some clothes and All the ladies working there made sure I had a good experience in my shopping and made sure I found all the things I needed. The cashier I wish I would have gotten her name because she was very helpful and very kind in helping with my coupones and stuff. This is the 2nd time I have a great experience at this store love it.. I come from Deltona to shop here

I never once had a problem with babies r us except for today. I tried to return the babies r us brand diapers because they gave my son blisters. They didnt try to help at all. Piece of crap place. Wouldnt recommend it.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have the largest selection around for baby items. They go put out of their way to make baby registry creation as less stressful as possible.
