Ive come in here a few times and every time I come in here, they tell me that they dont take clothes that are outdated. The clothes that my son has outgrown are only 1-2 years old and have absolutely no stains, no rips, and are completely in style. I bring them many totes of clothes and new toys and they tell me that they are out of style. Thats a load of crap!!! I went in there with many totes and many different toys on June 27, 2009, and they tell me that my toys are outdated and older than 2-3 years old. Theyre absolutely not outdated, what I call outdated is selling a toy back from the 1980s called Rock em Sock em. There going to stand there are tell me that my toys that are outdated and they dont purchase from customers longer than 2-3 years old. Now someone tell me what kind of bull is that? I would never go back to that store again. I will make sure that I tell people to go to Childrens Orchard in Hudson Ohio. They have better selection and are not too picky about what you bring in and you get better money for what they are worth. People these days would prefer going to a consignment shop instead of going to an expensive store spending tons of money on designer clothes so how can these stores be so picky? Wamart doesnt sell out dated clothes and so what if theyre 2-3 years old. I feel that it doesnt matter what kind of clothes you put on your children, for gods sake this isnt a fashion show for children.

please excuse the name this is posted under its my bfs account. But i would like to say i really do love this store i agree that it is crowded BUT there are TONS of clothes and some with the original tags. The clothes are very cheap which is awesome. I do feel that the bouncy seats, swings, etc are kind of pricey because people who sell them themselves normally dont ask AS much as the store has priced, would be nice if you could bargain a little on the furniture. And i dont like that if you buy something from them even if it still has the tags on it they dont buy them back. ( never tried at this store but the other ones i have been too will NOT buy them back ) which kind of sucks cause when i bought alot of GIRL stuff when i was pregnant and i ended up having a BOY i didnt have the money to buy the boy stuff cause i spent every penny on girl stuff. SO needless to say my son wore dresses for a few weeks.

This store is awful! I have gone there several times and every time that I do I dislike it more and more. The staff is nothing but a bunch of young girls who talk about very inappropriate topics right there in front of everyone. My children do NOT need to hear it at all. Also, do not try to ask them for help because they are too busy talking. I have actually had one of them roll their eyes at me because the item I wanted was up high. So either get caring, more mature staff or stop putting your items up so high. I also feel that their prices are TOO high. There are several other resale stores around the area with lower prices and much nicer staff. I am over this location!

When I first walked in I had a bathtub with me. I was greeted from one of the girls there by telling me that I could take that right back to the car,they wont take it. The isles had clearance bins in the middle of them which you could have tripped over. Most of the clothes I brought in had the tags on them but I was told they were worn. The one girl was eating her salad right next to a pile of clothes and dropping her food off the fork. A lot of the baby clothes had stains on them. The staff was not very helpful in fact they were all just standing around talking the whole time I was there. I will never go back. This was the Stow store. Very dissatisfied.

I dont know why I keep going back. The employees seem to care more about their phone conversations and what they are ordering for lunch than about helping customers or organizing the store so we can find things. Most recently, I bought a pair of boots for my 6 year old that were two different sizes. How does that happen whan they were all taped up in a bag so customers wouldnt separate them? Oh, right, because the employee who put them on the shelf was probably on the phone and not paying attention. Im sure there will be a reason they wont let me return them too.

Staff is generally very rude and dressed like they just rolled out of bed. The aisles are cram packed, you can barely get through them. Very small selection and its very hard to find the correct size you are after. I have also tripped over items that are laying in the aisle there so be careful. I have wanted to sell there before but the hours that they accept items is a strange small window making me feel like they are in no position to buy anything else. Occasionally I can find something I need for a great price but I never make a special trip to this store.

Keep these in mind... offers are just that... an offer. You are not obligated to accept it. If you want top dollar, sell it yourself, not to a RESALE business. They resell items to stay afloat. Dont expect to be able to resell merchandise that you purchased used in the first place. Those items are now even more worn and outdated. Just because you purchased it there does NOT mean they should purchase it back from you when you are done with it. This store is wonderful, clean and organized. Kudos to the owner and staff.

Beware! This store never buys any stuff back even if bring back the items you bought here. This has been the third time for us when they have refused to buy items back which were bought in this store. All items we tried selling were in working condition. If you bring a bunch of stuff they just buy a few just to appear to be buying back items. The majority of items will be refused. I am gonna go to the North Canton store going forward. They are a much nicer store even though it is a 30 min drive.

Staff always comes across as though youre interrupting their day and important conversations. Have never walked in and felt like an appreciated customer. Only reason I return is for cheap clothing but it would be nice if the employees were nicer. Even the owner comes across snooty and stuck up; never makes small talk or acts like your money is keeping her business running. If I owned this store Id at least make my customers feel like they were imporant to me...because they are!

I give up on going here. I had what I wanted to sell freshly laundered and folded neatly into baskets when they gave it back to me everything has just been thrown back in I was insulted by what they offered me and when my son Wanted a movie everybodys too busy talking to each other to even realize that I was at the checkout even though I had said excuse me and hello a couple of times the employees are rude and to self consumed if you dont want to run a business then dont open one
