I dont understand a store selling items that the shoppers can ever buy every time something new popular come to this store you will never be able to buy it because the staff hog it up management is the worries you can bring it to their attention and they act like they not a ware of the problem called corporated and all they say is you receive a call back in 24 to 48 hours i go to this location a lot i donate to this location do surveys for this location but never bout a pair of name brand shoes cause all big sizes were taking by the staff i mean today i know each store get a limited numbers of boots behind the counter were at least ten pair of uggs boots on hold for staff their friends and whoever else not a pair on hold for a customer thats so wrong i will be taking my money to marshalls they dont do that their or tjs maxs this places is ridiculous

Avoid this store at all costs. a) price tags are missing all over, b) it is highly dirty, especially in the kitchen/pantry area-A bottle of olive oil broke and nobody has cleaned it in over a 3 week period (i clearly remember going there 3 weeks ago, and there was the same mess). c) the manager on duty this thursday night (june 30th 2016 around 8pm) was highly disrespectful and condescending. It is a shame that such a beautiful new store is mismanaged this way. If it fails like other stores at steelyard (e.g. best buy), it will be an earned and deserved failure. As a long time burlington customer, who is highly satisfied by the Euclid oh and Mentor oh burlington stores, I must reemphasize my disappointment with this location and my recommendation to avoid this specific store. Do not support mediocrity, support those other stores that do their job well.

I didnt like this store at first because I never find cloth that fits or good scarfs but they do have an awesome baby section and I did buy about all my baby cloth from this one on clearance and super cute shoes were never expensive well at least not the ones I buy and sock prices for babies if u find the right brand are great my biggest issues are the actual manager one specific she rude and just always in a bad mood if u dont like customer service font work in it right dont make everyone else around u miserable too geesh

Tons of beauty products and cheap anti aging products..some are pretty good! Lots of stop in an array of sizes which is nice sometimes you cant find very large or very small items at stores like this a great time & good experience.. considering I was with my husband and he has a tendency to get very quickly aggravated at stores like this cuz theyre too cluttered and difficult to locate things but not here

My first time going to this one. Great selection of clothing and awesome coats. A little unorganized, but its a big store. Shopping for kids was not as exspensive as I thought it would be. Clearance racks all around the store. Just know that when a season starts you better go and get that stuff fast.

My customer service person seemed to have an attitude. He acted as if he didnt want to touch my hand when he have me my change and he dropped my money. He never said HELLO in the beginning of the transaction not did he say thank you.

Always great prices. The cashier was not friendly Im used to that at this location.No one smiles at this store. Employees look like theyre miserable

Not a whole lot of styles or varieties... to me the men clothing @ this location sucks. Youd be better off going to K&G
