We checked out this store because we didnt want to drive all the way to Bonita for OUAC (Once Upon a Child). We were curious because of the website and reviews. Play place? Co-ops? Made us curious. I can only gauge that they are in the "new location" already - beside Skillets and near McDs on the North trail near Homegoods. Play area, Store, Staff: The play place was clean (cleaner than many McDonalds - about the same as the play place at Coastland Mal and orderly. People are supposed to keep an eye on their own children, and we kept an eye on the ones we were responsible for. The employees did have their children here and they were pretty well behaved and within an arms reach of their parents. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable - in fact, quite helpful!! The store was in good repair but definitely a resale store. However, the front-entry store has brand new items of a mostly high caliber with good prices, if that is what you are looking for. Prices & Selection: Most of the brands are Cherokee, Osh Gosh, and such, but a couple of GAP or Childrens Place items made up for that. So, the prices were ok - and if you are blessed enough to be little enough for the clearance racks, you will really win!! We werent, but we started looking for the children of people we know. Great prices on gently used toys (watch your part count). Good refund policy but clearly explains refunds are "Store Credit Only" so make sure you want what you have or can find something to replace it. So, in short: Relatively good selection, better prices than OUAC (Once Upon a Child) and a less-North locale.. Caveat: For younger boys clothes, less of a selection and less brand-name clothing (for girls, the selections were out of this world!)... but that is to be expected as the age range is in high demand in the area. Will go to OUAC for higher caliber items, prepared to pay about $1-$2 more per item. We really liked it, but will spot check a few more times before we swear by it - a nice place to checkout if you have time to spare and a not-too-tight budget (or, if you can co-op by giving your time for discounts on merchandise).

Greatest Store/Owner Ever!! I always have and always will love this store, its employees and environment!! Opportunity to bring your kids to work with you??? GREATEST IDEA EVER!!!! never having to miss any moments of your childrens lives(such a great Bonding experience)! Having the Co-op program is such a blessing!! So many families are in need of this kind of opportunity and I know must appreciate every single hour they get to volunteer and earn merchandise from the Twinkle store. Why go to any other store and waste buku amounts of money on items your child is going to outgrow in just a few months/weeks anyway, when you can simply go to Twinkle and purchase brand name even boutique items at such a greattttttttt low price!! Im confident Im speaking for more than just myself when I say Twinkle twinkle Little Store is My Favorite Store Ever!!! "Ashleys awful experience" means nothing to me...no one made you sell your items to Twinkle, if u wanted them out of your house so bad you could have taken them to goodwill and got NOTHING for them....twinkle is a resale/consignment store and cant pay you full price for used items!...theres always the option to consign..which you name YOUR OWN price and you split 50% of the price with the store...your error for accepting the lower payout not the stores, so dont complain on your own stupidity. I personally appreciate and am very grate full for every penny twinkle has to offer for my gently used item...(which like i said would have just gotten thrown out or donated anyway if it werent for this store) Keep up the great work Twinkle Crew!

Thank you to all of our wonderful, supportive customers out there. I am very sorry if anyone has had a bad experience at our store, as that is not our goal and we always try to address any issues brought to our attention. If you ever have any questions, comments or concerns, you are always welcome to contact me directly, or leave feedback on our website so that I can try to help you. We are not your typical store, and we know it. We have philanthropic goals and a family oriented philosophy in which I do allow employees to bring their babies to work with them. Please visit our About Us page on our website to read more. We do offer a play area that customers children are welcome to play in as a convenience while they shop, and we ask parents to supervise their own children, however we are not responsible for children who belong to other customers. We know our store is very full because we love to have a very large selection, and we are working on acquiring more space, because we do not want to sacrifice having a large selection. We do ask our customers to leave online feedback, hence the recent outpouring, however I have not asked employees to do so. You can find more reviews on our website from our many happy customers. We hope to be of service to you soon. Sincerely, Cheryl Courson.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Twinkle store because they have a lot of unique items and they generally carry a lot of stuff! Any baby or child equipment, such as toys, I always come here first. They have done a lot of improvements over the past year, including a new two story play area for the children. The only thing that I dislike about this store is the fact that employees or volunteers can bring their children to the store and leave them completely unsupervised while they run amok and play with the merchandise. I have always found that to be incredibly unsafe and a giant distraction because these children treat the store like a playground. I have absolutely nothing against bringing your child to work with you, but when they disrespect actual customers trying to shop, then I have a problem with that. Using the excuse, "Well, theyre only children." Well no, youre bringing them to your workplace and they need to show respect for customers who are there to spend money at the store. I have actually left the store before, leaving what I was planning on purchasing on a shelf somewhere, because the children that were there, (not customers, but children of the employees) were being too hectic and nothing was being done to calm them down.

My boyfriend and I did a last minute trip to get the babys car seat all set before the 26th of this month. The lady informed us that with the car seat that we had it had little life left and that we didnt have a base for the car seat. I am a new mother so question marks were flying around my head. She went inside to talk to someone about the car seat and what she should do. I knew that wasnt a good sign and I knew I needed a different car seat. I walk in to the store and asked one of the other ladies how much their infant car seats were. Next thing I know the lady who was helping us with the car seat was walking towards me with a beautiful car seat. Loving it I asked her how much and her response almost made me cry. She told me I didnt have to pay anything and that they have an outreach program. This meant the world to me. My son who is coming in about 16 days will have a proper car seat and I dont have to worry about his safety. We gave her the other car seat just in case someone may be in our situation and is in need. I cant be thankful enough! This is going to be my go to store! Thank you all so much!
