poor administration, up to, and including a manager that always smells of alcohol and cigarettes. the AC doesnt seem to work. sizing of childrens clothing doesnt seem like it had any effort put into it at all. sometimes there dont seem to be any cashiers working. the store is filthy. the employees regularly scream across the store at each other. generally, its a hectic and unorganized environment, and frankly, im surprised they are still open.

The store is a wonder place to shop but I’m rating this place a one because their manager Ms.Ellie is very rude and very disrespectful. She is a very mean hearted person. She does not deserve to work in this type of place because of her stank attitude and rude remarks. She does deserve to be fired for her behavior to her staff and customers. Place needs a better manager that know how to treat people.

Have to pick through a lot of bad finds to find a few decent items. The atmosphere is unorganized and could use a good cleaning. However, they have a great beauty product bargains, accessories for a steal (watch for broken necklaces and missing earrings). I will say, Ive never left without purchasing something. But then again Im a huge bargain shopper and I love a deal.

Id give a -5 if I could !! Their policies need to change on yheir refunds. I pay cash for stuff but they want to give a stire gift card. I dont care for their cheap products and do not want a gift card to purchase more cheap stuff. Even on their layaways they charge a $15 fee and give a gift card for the rest if a customer chooses to cancel it? Thats crazy.

One of the best destination to shop , great quality of clothing and cosmetics at super prices . My personal favorite destination when ever I need to shop . The major plus to this place is that the discount season is 24*7*12. Whatever you need be whatever is the occasion Burlington indeed fits all your needs . Love this place .

Great place, cheap prices, hard to find stuff sometimes and they need to crank up the air in there. I found like a whole weeks worth of stuff (plus sizes) including pants, socks and shirts for 111 dollars, thats good compared to other places for plus sized clothes.

Always adorable clothes for the whole family super cheap. They have an amazing shoes collection for the whole family and a section thats just baby and nursery related. The dressing rooms are normally clean and staff has always been super friendly here.

I liked the prices on home goods but the sales associate made a rather loud and rude comment directed toward my fiancée and me behind a display. We put back around $45 worth of items. She cost the store a sale. Probably wont be back.
