This place is disgusting. It is chaos around the store - you may find beach sandals in section with ... body wash items. You wouldnt find anyone in the store to help you, advice you, direct you. No one is next to fitting room. Nobody cares ....about customers about business. Always empty one for entire store Customer service Desk. And if you need something - they usually dont know an answer ( about location in the store, and items in the store), they just ready to get your money. And if you return something - it is another story. They are nasty to you , they are not reasonable and Rude, Rude, Rude !!! Store manager shapeless rude woman - she doesnt even listen to you, she doesnt even look at you, she is just Rude Rude Rude ! Where did they find such nasty person? What do they expect from ordinary associates? No , Rude Guys, you did NOT win my business.

I ordered online and for some reason my whole ordered was cancelled. I call them to find out why customers service cant tell me there is no reason maam Im sorry. So I asked for someone to call me and speak with me on this matter. No one has called me and I really think they should have called and spoke with me needless to say I order online a lot but wont with again!!

7/23/16 Just want to say big thank you to manger and staff in the Baby department today. You both are a blessing to my daughter who is expecting and very greatful for everything. Also thanks for letting me know that Burlington has a layaway department. Good to know if you are in need for clothes, shoes or etc.
