Bought a nite ize mini LED spoke light the other day for less than ten dollars. It was a two pack.I installed the one on the front spoke just fine . When I tried to install the rear one it crumbled in my hand. As I was at a minimum for lights on my ride , I left the front one on .My friend and I ( we are avid riders in the area) went on my ride. Ten minutes later I noticed that the front button LED came off. Next day I returned the product, the other crumbled button with package and receipt, and was told I could not even exchange because I didnt have the other button! Talked to Kevin the manager and he said the same thing. Talked to Big Wheel and they said they would have taken care of problem right away. Talked to friends and they are boycotting on principle. Lee still never called me back. Dont know why they are sweating 10 dollar defective product. Is this business in trouble? They have always taken care of me in the past?

Awesome shop. My first visit there I purchased a tandem bike and wanted to ride immediately. Lee said it will take a few hours so just take my personal custom bike....what? The guy did not even know who I was and offered my wife and I the use of his personal tandem with a custom paint job. Needless to say I have been a repeat customer for years. They are also great locksmiths.

So I needed a last minute hair fix, didnt have time to order online cant go wrong with Lees store. The hair I wanted was double what I would have paid on line but hey youre paying for convince of having it in hand now. But fortunately Ive been coming here for years and the sales guy seen my "sticker shock" and gave me an awesome deal. My go to spot for all things hair in Tucson

I always go to Lees Bicycle shop, cant even guess how many new and used bikes Ive bought, how many times theyve repaired my bikes, or filled the tires with air. They are a real treasure in our neighborhood for a long, long time, even get my keys made there and years ago they unlocked the bathroom door when my 3 year old had locked himself in there. Thanks for being there!!!!
