This shop is great! The owner, Garvin, is super personable and accommodating, opening early and staying late to fit my schedule. Hes worked on my triathlon bike, road bike, and commuter bike and Im thrilled with the level of service on each. His turnaround times are faster than any of the other shops in the area, prices cheaper, and as far as I can tell, hes the most knowledgeable bike authority in Pittsburgh. I would recommend Rusty Sprocket to anyone.

I recently needed to have two bikes tuned. I chose this place based on the positive reviews and the other reviews are absolutely accurate. The owner was friendly and knowledgable. I have had them tuned in the past at a local competitor and they never looked this clean. He did a great job and we will be back next time we need something.
