The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I came in as a complete MTB beginner and I left with enough knowledge and equipment to ride my first trail the next week (once the bike arrived on order). Bob ordered a bike from Canada for me and, if I ended up not liking the bike, he would have had no problem refunding me and helping me to find one that would fit better. Of course, I kept the bike (it is awesome). Before I left the shop, Bob showed me how to do routine maintenance on the bike, threw in a couple of items to get me started (patch kit, tire iron, etc) and even helped me load the bike into my vehicle. I will be going here for all my bike needs in the future. Highly recommended!!

Staff is a lifesaver! I had a flat tire and looked in the window of the shop 2 hours past closing time. I was totally screwed, I was miles away from home and was going to have to hoof it, not what I had planned for the night! Thank God someone opened the door and was super nice and said they would fix my tire immediately! He fixed it quickly, charged a very reasonable price and I was on my way! What a blessing! Ill definitely be back!

Great group of guys. Will sell you what you need without the stereotypical upsale encountered at other bike shops. Incredibly helpful, even if items are needed to be ordered. Selection of bikes is wide in both use and price range. Reasonable rates and best service (i.e. phone calls before major/costly developments in a repair). Highly recommended.

Great service, great prices, and see Bob to make sure youre getting the exact bike you need for what you plan to do riding. No pressure, easy going, helpful staff. I have bought 5 bikes here and after many trips and walk thrus of other places must say, this is the only place i buy a bike!
