I recently purchased my first bicycle in 30 years from here. Nothing special, just an entry level mountain bike. Had I been looking for something more than that, there was certainly a range of other options available on the sales floor. The salesman I dealt with was friendly and helpful and I was riding away on my new bike within half an hour. Since then I have put a few miles on it and all the new parts had started to stretch and bed in (as is expected). I rode the bike back and asked if it could be re-adjusted, fully expecting to leave the bike there for an hour or two. No way! The service guy had it sorted out in 10 minutes flat at no charge :-) I already have my eye on my next bike and it will surely be purchased from here.

I cant say enough good things about this store. My wife and wanted to purchase a couple of Bikes and was not knowledgeable on the types and size. Gary was great in helping us make the right decision by asking what type of riders we intended to be. He then fitted us the proper the Bikes. They went even further by delivering the Bikes to our resident and installing the Bike Rack for our vehicle. Professionalism was exhibited throughout our visits. Thanks again Gary !!!!!!!

Store is nice, clean and staff are friendly. Prices were fair compared to the other stores but I came because of the top level mechanics. Miguel tuned my bike and the help from the other employees Kyle and Jenn were above expectations. Go here if you want to support a smaller shop!

I was referred to this shop to get my bicycle fixed and I must say these guys were honest, reasonably priced and they went above and beyond my expectations. My bicycle rides with a brand new feeling again. I highly recommend this place for all your cycling needs.

Nice shop recently moved to North Federal just north of commercial blvd , completely renovated shop . I have used them for awhile now and have had great experiences and excellent work performed on my bike . Dealt with Dave and he was knowledgeable and polite

What was a decent shop has become a hell hole. The lead person is a nasty, depressed jerk. After my last stop- I wanted either a complete overhaul of my Trek (they sell the brand) or a new bike- I will never do business with them again.

Had to go a couple of times for small repairs and customer service was terrible, very expensive and staff was rude and lack of people skills. Will never come back, rather go miles far away but will never buy anything there again. Juan

I went to get my brakes bled and they said they were non serviceable and they had to be replaced. Took them to another shop, they bled them, and theyre as good as new.
