I am only giving real deal bikes 1 star because Yelp doesnt go as low as 0 stars. I am 67" which makes finding a used bike a challenge. a friend told me to come talk to Rudy. I ended up finding the perfect bike for me and told him that I would be buying it the following Friday. I asked about 5 times if i could put a deposit on it because I didnt want any chance of it selling before Friday. Rudys response was "Dont worry about it man, that bike has been here for a year, theres no way its going anywhere. If someone does ask about it, I will tell them its already sold." well a couple of days later I get a text from him saying that someone came in the shop as is going to put a deposit on the bike, he instructed me to get there asap with a deposit so he can hold it for me. right away I left work to take him the cash, as Im walking in the other guy had just walked out from putting a deposit on the bike. Rudy seemed to actually find this humorous and was laughing saying "man I cant believe that happened, I didnt think anyone else would be interested" so now I am back to the hunt of finding a huge bike that fits me for the right price. Bottom line, TERRIBLE business. I will never ever consider doing any kind of business with real deal bikes.

I was vacationing in FL and called on a Sunday to rent a bike, not realizing they are normally closed Sundays. The owner answered the phone, said he was preparing for an event and would be there for the next half hour, and would rent me a bike if I hurried in. I told him I was 65" and looking for a hybrid bike to rent. The bike was outside and ready for me when I got there - a nice Fuji - and the owner was great to let me keep it until Monday and for a great price. I had a great ride over both days and will definitely rent from again if/when I return to the area.

Fantastic bike shop! Had road bikes that catered to various price ranges on the shop floor; other shops in the area did not stock many (or even any) road bikes. I have never ridden a road bicycle before, and it was great to have someone knowledgeable that could help make the transition, and teach me along the way. Rudy was very helpful in setting up my new bike to be comfortable for me to ride, and is very informative. Would absolutely recommend to others!

My new bike (that took me almost two years to build) just did not feel quite right: jiggly and unstable (I sort of thought it was just me)... The amazing mechanics at Real Deal found the problems immediately, fixed my bike the next day and I was back on the trails, riding my sweet new bike that now feels totally solid! These guys are friendly, helpful, non-judgemental, and experienced. Glad I found a place I can really trust with all of my bicycles :-)

I have been using them for a couple years now. They are easy to deal with and they help me with even the simplest of problems. Like Katie, I build my own bikes and they are great with advice and quick to do what I cannot (tuning up the shifters and derailleurs and truing the rims). They helped me out all the time and do great work on tuning up mine and my girlfriends bikes. Thanks.

Rudy IS the REAL DEAL. I recently stopped in Real Deals to what I thought would be dropping off my bike for some minor maintenance. To my surprise walked in and out within 15 minutes with all issues resolved! Real Deal is the way to go for your bike needs and maintenance! Everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for all your biking needs.

Upgraded recently to a better bike - Rudy [the owner] super helpful - very happy with the bike and the immediate attention to small adjustments after 60 miles or so - like it more as time goes on - this is a family business thats all about bikes and everything related vs. roaming sales people - Rudy or Mario great to deal with if you are anywhere near Jupiter.

bought a couple lights for my beach cruiser - one was broken... and when i went back with them they claimed they never sold them to me... It was like a twighlight zone.. hadnt been to a bike shop in 7 years.. this was the only one... then they treated me like a criminal... very strange...ill never go back.

Always Friendly, Knowledgeable and fixes whats broken. Over the years, we have gotten great tune ups for the bikes for my busy mountain biking and triathlete family. Also took care of the mother in law with a great, affordable beach cruiser. Great local business.
