My father and I went in not knowing exactly what we were looking for but Tony was wonderful! He showed us some great options in-store and also let us know that he could pretty much order anything as well. He found two bikes online that we were interested in but we decided we wanted to sleep on it before making a decision. Although we did not purchase that day we were very sure that we were going back to him because he never tried to pressure us, (unlike the other bike shops we had gone to). We then returned the next day and Tony let us know that he had done some more research and found two more bikes that he thought we would like. He made sure to stay within our budget the entire time. We ended up with two awesome GT bikes and he had them ready for us that same afternoon. We are so pleased with these bikes but overall we are so happy with the service Tony gave us. My father and I are both in the customer service industry and we would definitely refer our friends and family to Lake Park Bicycles. Thanks again Tony!!

What a gem! Tony the owner is super helpful. He fixed my road bike for me today and fine tuned everything on it and its riding better than it did the day I bought it. Theyve got a pretty good selection of new bikes and cycling accessories if youre looking to buy or rent. They stock higher quality stuff not your typical Walmart special so if youre looking for a cheapo bike turn elsewhere. The selection is geared towards serious riders and people who appreciate a quality product thatll last them awhile. I dont know what the other review here is on about but he couldnt be farther from the truth. Ive got two other bikes in my garage that are in need of a little TLC, Ill be coming back again for sure after the experience I had today.

Such an awesome experience. Issue was with my handlebars with a piece inside that was stripped. The owner was so amazing! He found the part and fixed my bike in less than 15 minutes and at such a reasonable price. This is the place to bring your bike and buy your bike. The owner is passionate about all bikes, all price points, and you feel valued as a customer and person. When its time to buy a bike come here, not the bike shop down the street who just wanted to sell me a bike without even checking what was wrong with the one I had. Id give 10 stars to Lake Park Bicycles if I could.

Without hesitation, everyone directed me to Tony and Lake Park Bicycles. Each visit and phone call to Lake Park Bicycles is always met with tremendous courtesy and experienced insight. Tony is a true professional and exhibits the integrity of what every small, locally owned business should be. Every time I go to this store I feel like i paid to much for JUNK. The parts are low quality. There is a Giant store down the street who has better parts. Today they did not have the part I needed. I ended up settling for what I could get here. The parts I got cost exactly what a Specialized brand version would cost me. The parts belong on a Walmart quality bike,, not a $2,000 bike like mine. This will have to do for a week while I wait for the part I ordered online, just now since i have no where to get it.

Friendly service, fair prices, and a good selection of bikes and parts. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in and Tony took great care of me and my wife. We bought two bikes and they are both exactly what we wanted. One was a new release not due out for several weeks and Tony kept in touch throughout the wait and I really felt like he cared.
