I purchased a 2 year service agreement, two tires and tubes on Thursday evening. My bike required a tune-up. I was promised delivery Friday evening. They never called me to pick up the bike so I called them and they said it wont ready till Saturday. That was the 1st lie. I called Saturday morning and it still wasnt complete, yet. They needed another hour. I showed up in two hours and the bike was unfinished and on the rack so I left. That was the 2nd lie. I phoned the store manager and told him that I wanted to cancel my service contract and I will be there later in the day to pick up my bike and get a refund because their service was terrible. I showed up around 5pm and to my SURPRISE, THEY TOOK THE TIRES AND TUBES OFF AND WHEELED MY BIKE TO ME ON THE RIMS!!!!! THAT WAS SO IMMATURE AND SPITEFUL!!! I walked out and waiting to speak to the owner. While I was there, the workers were complaining about the lack of leadership and the couple in front of me was waiting for hours for their sons bike to be completed. They were unhappy! Buyers Beware! I gave one star because you cant give zero. After this complaint and as of March 6th, the manager appologized, credited me back $159 for the 2 year service and gave me two free tires and tubes. Thank you for accepting responsibility and apologizing. I raised my stars to 3.

This bicycle shop should be rated the worst shop in South Florida. Ive been a customer for a while and I always wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt & see if things would improve. But apparently, it has been a waste of time. With a manager that has no people skills, rude & extremely pushy to make a sale. Im part of a bicycle club and 19 out of 20 members dont like to come to this shop and rather drive another 10-20 miles to another shop to get better customer service. Out of the whole shop, the only professional, nice & friendly person there, is Johan. That is the only reason I still go to that shop but guarantee if he is not there one day then I will be gone myself. It is a shame that a chain of this size dont hire people with more people skills & customer service oriented.

Was quoted a price for a new bicycle and got used bicycle instead at the Boca store. We bought a Birthday gift for our grandson in the store. Just before adding training wheels the sales person let us know he has an identical bicycle already assembled from a customer that never came back. He said they are the same and he will check to see they are all set before our daughter in-law will come to pick them up. Once my son saw them at home he let me know they are not new. The next day we went back to the store, the manager said we bought used bicycle. Do think that if that was what we did the price of the new bicycle and the used one would have been the same? Or maybe this is a special for senior citizens! Yes, we got our money back.

I went for bike maintenance and it was the first time i was there. Unlike other specialized stores I was not hassled to try new products which helped the overall shopping experience. The gentlemen repairing my bike were not only very helpful but were able to give me good advice for the future. The overall experience was 5 stars, not to mention the huge rack of like 50 bikes was cool.

I have been a customer of this place for a long time, and their service was always very good. Until this guy Howie started working there. He is terrible at customer service. He has awful attitude and tried to overcharge me for a very simple service . I am not planning to go there Anymore unless absolutely necessary.

This shop is great! Anything you need for your biking needs is right here, and the prices and deals are always awesome. Now with the addition of mechanic Jenn G, the shop is even better. I went to a bike maintenance clinic a few nights ago, and Jenn taught me so much about my bike.
